I am rejecting this response because: Some of the response us true but also there is a lot of statements in this responseI would like to addAfter several attempts of contacting the business they had not returned any of my phone callsThus went in for two monthsI then tried to contact the representative that came out to my houseHe stated to me that he has tried several times in contacting the sales re as well as the office to tell them to contact meBut they still never contacted meI really would've appreciated at least one call try I see the progressAs I kept watching my neighbors house bring worked on I still got no answer nor any Contactfrom this companythe rep at the beginning stated that they would help me with all of my hail damageI waited and waited and still didn't get any helpI decided to look for other contractors and found ok be that would help meI contacted the Revdex.com because u didn't know where else to turnI would like to retract the commentSince the matter has been resolvedButI want to let others know how terrible their services really areRespectfully,
