[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The E&M Auto Repair @Tires didn't fix the original problem my son complain aboutAfter like they said the fix another problem ( my son did not request to fix that problem and It is not the original issue he complained about) ,we still have a noise plus we have experienced a new issue, that we did not had beforeNow the service would like us to pay extra $for the issue they created after repairAs I said I fix original issue by other car repair shop and I can provide documentationThe E&M Auto Repair @Tires DID NOT determine original issue with the carAfter repairs done by E&M Auto Repair @Tires we still had the noise and the problem was only to replace the belts, that was done by another car repair shopI still would like to get a partial refund of $for unnecessary repairIf we still experienced original issue after repair I think it is right decisionsI have other people who experienced the same problem from E&M Auto Repair @Tires service when the original issue wasn't fixed but new issue has been created and the customer has been charged for unnecessary repair.Regards, [redacted]

We are sorry that you weren't happy with our services I believe, [redacted] brought in the car alone both days for oil change and exhaust noise Edwin showed [redacted] the problem and did his best to fix it The care was worked on previously by someone else Whoever put the the flex pipe in, didn't tell you the threads where the osensor are held up were damaged That was the noise you were hearing.Unfortunately, we cannot refund you on something that was done correctly When [redacted] came back with the engine light on Edwin used diagnostic code reader to read the codes, erased the codes and gave him a copy of the codes We normally charge $for that.Again, we are sorry you were not happy with the service here at E & M If you reconsider, we can give you a discount on your next oil change
