I want to get reimbursed for the kerstin treatment or partially for it my hair looks like garbage and I never had that many keratin treatments at this salon hair coloring yes but not treatments and you can ask tony the hairstylist who did my first keratin treatment there that I had to go back a second time at no charge and she had to do it again because it came out yes I did get reimbursed for the shampoo but my hair looks like garbage and if they are as reputable as they say they wouldnt yell at there customers saying they are always right there are many horrible reviews about them I dont care if they have been in buisness years if there is a problem with something it should be fixed either no charge or rectified with a refund reputable people care about there clientele I love my hair colorist but if this doesnt get fixed I wont be back

I did not utilize all services I had my base color done that is all and if the mn read what I said it said I loved my colorist and my haircutter thats all I still want some kind of restitution for the keratin treatment that did not stay in my hair

Although, Robyn’s claim is untrue, Christie & Co. Salon went ahead and gave her $20.00 credit on 8/*/2016 for the Keratin shampoo she purchased on 7/**/2016. [redacted]’s Keratin shampoo application had undeniable no negative effect in regards to her Keratin Hair Therapy. Client [redacted]’s complaint claim #[redacted] is untrue and unfounded.
