Review: [redacted] put in SLIDING GLASS DOOR FOR ME IN 2011.IT IS A DEFECTIVE DOOR I HAVE COMPLAINT TO HIM THAT THE DOOR IS LEAKING AIR AND IT LOOKS LIKE THERE IS A SCREEN IN THE MIDDLE,PLUS IT IS COMING OUT AT THE SEEMS.mY SON FOUND THAT IT IS A 2004 DOO4 MR calvetti said it is an anderson door.pictures were taken and sent to anderson and they said it is not a anderson door.I WENT TO THE ATT.GEN IN DEL. AND COMPLAINED.HE WAS SENT SEVERAL LETTERS AND DID NOT RESPOND,PLUS A CERTIFIED ALSO.THE SECETARY CALLED ME AND SHE FINALLY GOT HOLD OF HIM SHE LEFT HIM A MESSAGE.IT HAS BEEN 3 MTS NOW AND NOTHING WAS DONENEED TO KNOW WHAT I CAN DO.HE CAM OVER THE OTHER NIGHT AND LEFT ME A LETTER OF APOLIGY.IM NOT EXCEPTING IT BECAUSE I DONT BELIVE HE HAS ANY INTENTION OF REPLACING IT.LOOKS LIKE I HAVE TO TAKE THIS TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT THANK YOU. Review: Contractor did not obtain a license or a building permit to construct my deck. He took 1/2 the $$ and provided less than 10% of the work. Nothing that was done was to code. Footings were found to be 12 inches when the code was 36 inches. He used the wrong lumber for the headers and did not build according to the contract. He was stopped from working by the township and 3 weeks later still did not have a permit or license to work in [redacted]. I demanded my $$$ back and he refused.Workmanship was far below acceptable. In 4 1/2 weeks, he still was not done framing (and what was done needs to be torn down)Desired Settlement: I would like my Money back. He has received more than 1/2 of the contract and I have nothing in return. My health issue would involve the improper footings. If I had not checked them, it could have been a real disaster!

Review: On May 21, 2013 I entered a contract for 10,600.00 for [redacted] to replace an existing patio with new, plus footers and to build a 3 season porch. He was to obtain the variance, permits and such. After many delays and excuses the patio and footers were finally poured in December 2013, which I did not want poured in the winter, but he stated he would add an additive. As of March 8, 2014 I have an improperly poured concrete patio with footers. The patio is unleveled and crumbling on top resulting in pools of standing water next to my house. To date there are no variances or permits to finish the job in spite of promises, even now stating that it will be finished. I have paid 7700.00 as per contract so farDesired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for what work has been done so that I can hire someone else to do the job correctly, repair the concrete
