I am rejecting this response because:If our corporate offices decided to pay the full invoice (which I do not believe is the case), we would like to request a full refund of the amount
of the invoiceWe are having to pay another contractor to undo all of the work done by this contractor, and then pay them additionally to do what this contractor should have done in the first place.This contractor failed to show up for an appointment to discuss the work that needed to be done, showed up at a different time unexpectedly on one of my days off, told an MOD who was present at the time that he knew what work needed to be done when he did not, and he proceeded to do a lot of unnecessary work which he then billed us for.When I disputed the billing, he proceeded to say he would file a lien against our property unless I paid the full amountAfter I continued to dispute, he personally harassed me, calling me a "worm", and calling me on the phone to say I'm an it.I do not consider this complaint to be resolved
