Guess you can make the same mistake twiceI moved in here for the first time a year agoI got placed with roommates that had a dog after a non dog room was promised, but I stuck it out just to have to deal with a horrid roommateAfter dealing with a payment that they lost I got harassed for months as they were given different forms of proof of payment only for the last one to be good enoughThen upon trying to move out they gave me a hard time about getting a room inspectionWhen I was finally able to get one they walked down there and tried to blame problems on me that had nothing to do with meI moved in there with only months left on rent to an unfinished room with a dog in a non dog roomI had expressed my concerns upon moving in and filled out paperwork with management regarding it at that timeSo after a hour battle they finally let go of the charges they were trying to charge me to fix previous damageThen a year later friends and I were looking for an apartmentSince I would not have to be paired with random roommates and some of the management had been replaced we looked into the GroveUpon arriving we thought many of the problems had been fixed but I was to be proven wrongWhen signing up we were given a move in dateWhen we arrived, with two of us out of places to live and the other with all of the boxes from his parents house in his truck, we were informed they had given our move in room away and the other was not ready yetAfter fighting for hours between phone calls and visits we finally got an answer that our room would not be ready for two weeks, remember now two of us did not have any place to goAfter arguing with Dave for a few days because they would not help us stay anywhere he finally offered us 600$ creditWe did our best with the extra moneyUpon showing up again to move in we got pushed back againThis was just the startUpon signing for the room we were given $off, because one of us signed for the rooms and rented all three at onceAfter a month Dave and his rooms manager were releasedWe resigned as we thought everything was moving smoothly after the move in problemTwo months into being there we got a call that we were behind in rentWe went up to find out $in credits were missing from our accountWe worked with the front desk as the new manager(who is the district manager) would not help usWe were informed everything was all set and went along our wayTwo months later we get another call we are behindAfter going up requesting the manager or a meeting several times and being denied every time we finally had to go to Campus Crossing the overseeing organization of the propertyWe received good customer care from them as Lauren was a great help, even though Meghan gave push back on trying to help usWe found out the $credit was missing from our account and the utilities were never being given to usSo we paid what we owed and they fixed there endThis same week a package was delivered to the Grove, with a 200$ value, and they signed for it from FedEx on a FridayI work weekends so went to pick it up on MondayOn Monday I was informed the package was not thereAfter calling FedEx who was a huge help they informed who the signer was, the time delivery and date of deliveryI went up to the front desk who informed me they do not check what packages they receive before signing for themThat it might have been left on the truckI then called FedEx back who checked there trucks and informed me it was not there and they do not deliver on Mon and SunAfter going back up I was explained by the manager very rudely that it was not there fault the package was missing and there was nothing they could doI explained it was a $dollar package and they told me they probably sent it back on MondaySo I informed her they don't have trucks out on Mondays and she frozeShe said there was nothing she could do for me and not checking the packages was there process especially if they were busyFedEx explained to me it was the Grove's place to help me as they signed for the package on the ONE package deliverySo to this day I am out $because they Grove lost my packageAnd this is still with months left here at the apartments
