That said, I love visiting ***'s beautiful, high end sales when I'm in the DFW metro area
They're always incredibly clean, well organized, and downright perfect in their staging and general presentation

I purchased a car from this company on 9/22/16. I put down a $2000 deposit. I drove the car for approximately three months. I received a phone call from the car lot weeks after the purchase.They stated that the bank messed up my paperwork and I needed to resign. Within the time frame I had the vehicle- I resigned a total of 4 times. On Dec 3, 2016- I received a text message from the manager at the car lot. He stated that my temp tag was about to expire and I needed to come get a new one. I drove from the state of Florida (where I moved too) that same day and the keys were taking out of the ignition switch by the manager once I arrived. The manager, [redacted], told me that the bank did not finance my loan and he was keeping the car. My family and I was stuck in Baton Rouge, La with no way to get home! I called the bank to find out why wasn't my loan approved after almost three months. The bank manager stated that AutoYes never turned in the paperwork! These people are rip off's and everything they did to me falls under the SPOT DELIVERY SCAM. Please google that! The car lot kept my deposit and basically stole the vehicle back. They will let you drive off the lot, purchase insurance, and give you the run around. This car lot is under investigation with the LA Used Car Commission, and the LA Attorney General's office. The Baton Rouge police was called out due to this incident. A report was filed, but the police could not do anything because this is a civil matter. Please be aware before getting a car from this car lot! Call the above mentioned agencies to find out what I'm stating is the truth! Not to mention: The people that work there are fully aware of this. They smile and your face and are only out to get some of your money.I tried to get my deposit back by calling the owners and it didn't work. I was called stupid and had the phone hung up in my face. I beg anyone not to make the same mistake I made. I have text messages from the manager and voice messages saved to prove my case. If you don't believe me... Call the Used Car Commission. They can tell you that this place has been under investigation!
