July 19, 2018Revdex.com Holiday Drive, Suite Pittsburgh, PA Attn: *** ***Subject: Complaint ID #***Dear Ms***:I have thoroughly investigated this incidentThe following paragraph is the details of what I discovered. The customer Mr*** called the
McKissock support number about an issue he was having because of a problem with our website servicesDuring the time to troubleshoot Mr*** became extremely agitated about the length of time it was taking to diagnosis and correct the problemAfter completing the first phone call Mr*** then continued to encounter issues with our services. On a second call into the call center Mr*** escalated his rhetoric and started cursing at the agent attempting to assist himAfter Mr*** told the agent to "Go ** *** the agent asked Mr*** to please refrain from cursing, so she could assist himMr*** again told her to “Go ***At this point the agent informed Mr*** that she was going to disconnect the call due to his abusive language. This behavior continued as Mr*** called in multiple times after this to continue his abusive rhetoric with other agentsBoth the supervisors then called Mr*** separately to discuss the issue where Mr*** who then continued the abusive rhetoric by calling one of the supervisors a “Mother *** ***and told the other supervisor to “***It was at this time in each conversation that Mr*** was informed that we would no longer be providing service for Mr***Again, Mr*** continued with the abusive language through multiple calls place by Mr*** these subsequent calls resulted in being disconnected due to continued abusive behavior. The Customer Service Director then spoke directly with Mr*** and heard his concernsThe Director then proceeded to research the issue and listened to the voice recordings of the calls and subsequent emails (as outbound calls are not recorded) documenting the conversations with Mr***.Through the analysis of the call recordings and interactions with Mr*** it was determined that Mr*** would be better served by a different education providerThis decision was based on considerations: Through the multiple conversations it was obvious that there was not a good fit between Mr***’s personality and the company’s values regarding customer interactions and services, There was no recognition of the abusive language and behavior towards my staff from Mr***.The solution McKissock provided and completed:1.Full refund for the education program:2.Credit for courses completed3.Submission of those course completions to the state board for licensing,4.An additional $for his time and trouble. The solution Mr*** requested:.Full refund for the purchased education program,2.Continue to be a customer. After reviewing the recorded facts (which can be shared) Mr***’s behavior created a hostile work environmentThereby, creating a situation when word spread of his behavior where none of the staff would have worked with him in any future capacityAs an employer it is my duty to protect my staff and customers from abusive and bullying behavior. We feel the solution presented was more than fair and given the situation above and beyond expectations. If you have any questions or require additional information please do not hesitate to contact me at *** ** ***.Sincerely, Jackie V***Regulatory Compliance SupervisorMcKissock
