Hello, Emailbrain is a partner company with Domain.com. Domain's  customers have the option to create a trial account for 30 days and after the trial period Domain bills the customer for one year of the subscription as stated on the agreement and on their website as you can see on this...

screen shot http://screencast.com/t/w8osiTBnjjYou can access that page through http://www.domain.com/product/emailbrain/Please note that Domain.com is the one billing the customer and not Emailbrain. Unfortunately we do not have access to the customers billing information since  the account was created trough the Domain.com hosting control panel. Customer must contact Domain.com directly for assistance in canceling their Emailbrain account and to receive a refund. We tried contacting [redacted] by phone  to address this issue but we were not able to get in touch so we left a message and sent an email explaining the above information. Customer can contact Domain.com by calling [redacted]Thank you[redacted]

Horrible service! I have my email contacts containing over 40000. I deleted ONE (1) email from one of my list and their front end system FLUSHED all my 40000 contacts into ZERO (0). I immediately contacted their ONLINE support and the "TECH" support said there's nothing they can do. the 2nd online tech support also said the same thing.
They're only email service provider, I cannot imagine they dont have any backup system that can restore client's data!
This has happened multiple times in the past and they're not admitting to a glitch in their list management frontend system.
I stayed with them only because of costs concern due to the size of my list. I won't recommend this to any of my contacts.

Review: My husband, [redacted], received a call from our bank, [redacted], about an unauthorized/fraudulent charge of $99.95. This was not brought to the attention of [redacted] by Federal authorities and by Visa. He contacted domain.com, for he owns a domain with them, see case [redacted] Domain.com defaulted liability to what we thought was an unidentifiable party.

Through research we discovered that this was actually a company DBA emailbrain.com. Domain.com conducts business with this party, Domain.com and provides this service to domain owners. The issue is neither party assumes liability about billing and neither party will eliminate the charge. We spoke with an agent at Emailbrain and he immediately passed the liability to domain.com. This is a continual switch tactic that we cannot resolve. Both parties are obviously willingly engaging in fraudulent activity.

As stated, both companies are willingly engaging in fraudulent activity and charging clients for services or subscriptions not rendered. We are unable to resolve this issue and our bank cannot reverse the charge. We had to cancel both of our bank cards, and we are canceling and creating a new checking account.Desired Settlement: We would like both parties to be reported, investigated, and brought to the attention of SEC. We also would like our $99.95 placed back into our bank account. We are a start up company and my husband is disabled. I started a business to supplement the limited income we receive from his disability. This $99.95 is a lot to us. This would pay a couple bills.
