The reason why im posting this review is because from calling several companies and working with few in the past I found this company to be very quick and responsive in their emails and calls. I loved that they explained and guided me to find what I really need. The prices are very reasonable not like some companies that charge a leg and an arm for data that sucks. I purchased k12 data and from them and I was very happy with the delivery and quality of the data.

I must recommend to anybody that is a need in quality education lists.

Just purchased school data from them and I must say their superintendents list is amazing. Got very high response rate and a lot of reply's superintendents asking for more information. Will work with them again.

I purchased public school principals data and received excel file with a very accurate information. Moreover, the number of records was considerably higher than any other company in the branch I came across.

Review: I bought an electronic business file which is supposed to include accurate and up-to-date addresses, phone #'s, and emails. Thus far we are experiencing an 80%+ reject and return rate on the information. We have sent out 5,000 emails and postal mailings using this data and it has proven to be a large waste of our time and money $. The data is both inaccurate and improperly formatted by missing character root "." which all need to be fixed individually and manually. We have lost a lot of money attempting to use this worthless database. We request our money be refunded and [redacted] should not allow this business to process payments thru them as it falsely gives a sense of security to the consumer that the business and the product is "[redacted]" approved. The "company" claims we are "doing" it wrong, resulting in our marketing information being rejected, which is a ridiculous claim. We have been using the same path and process for email marketing for the last 8 years and never have had a problem until we received this data and began using it. We have been using the same email for sending these for the last 8 years.....no problems until now. The problem clearly lies with the business and it's data. I did not received what I asked for and paid for. Emaillistus.com not providing what they advertised. when I inquired with them about the problems I was having, they began asking for inappropriate information from me the customer. I have never had our marketing email activities SPAM'd or rejected in the last 8 years.....not 1 time, until NOW. They have made a claim that I am not an authorized "sender" using their data base information, but I purchased the data so clearly I am the authorized sender. All of their claims are false and misleading. I suspect this is a fraudulently operating company as their website provides no physical location information, they failed to charge sales tax for the transaction, and they are communicating with broken and improper English language. All points indicative of fraud.Desired Settlement: I am looking for a refund in full and a determination by the Consumer Protection Agency and the IRS as to whether this company is operating legally in the United States. I am also logging this complaint with the Revdex.com so that other consumers can be informed and weary of doing business with this company.
