Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have a lot or experience sending out large emails and based on the number of emails they claim they sent I should have had or replies even if the replies simply state that the recruiter is out of the office It is to get at least some response such as we will look at your resume and be in touch if we have a position or we are out of the office and will be back etcstandard type of those responses should be at least or more - even in the range of 100.There is no proof EMAILMYRESUME sent any emails out at all - all you have is what they say.To say that there were emails responses and say that there service was valid is just a load of baloney.I am not making an issue as far as I never said the gteed I would get a job but I feel based on little or no response at all that I question if the resumes were even sent and deem their service totally worthless.They need to comprehend better, I never said anthing about EMAIL MY RESUME returning calls What do they not understand? They are supposedly in the email business so they would know that you normally get some type of response when mailing to that many recruiters even if it is to say they MEANING THE RECRUITERS THAT SUPPOSEDLY GOT EMAILS THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO SEND are out of officeDO THEY NOT KNOW WHAT AN OUT OF THE OFFICE REPLY IS?? Review: I signed up to use their service, paid their fee for them to send out a load of resumes for me.EMAILMYRESUME.COM does not guarantee any results and I was ok with that but the problem is I should of at the very least gotten a handfull of return emails (from the employers/recruiters etc. that my resume was suppose to be sent to) stating, "out of office, we will contact you when we are back", "we received your resume and will review it and contact you if there is a match", "thank you for applying please fill out our government monitoring form", etc. I know that if a load of resumes get sent out, you are bound to get a load of responses at the very least saying, "not in office, we will review your resume and get back to you,got nothing at all, zero, zip, zilch in response and so that made me suspicious and upset me. Again, I know I should have at the very least gotten some responses saying they were out of the office, etc. as I described above. I contacted the company to go over this and the owner refused to even talk to me and refused to respond to how it is that I didn't get any responses at all. Owner is arrogant and also refused to refund my money. The [redacted] refused to explain how I could have not gotten any responses at all. I would not have minded him keeping the money if I had gotten even 5 or so of the type of responses I mentioned above but I did not expect I wouldn't get ANY so that is what upsets me and makes me suspicious if any resumes actually got sent at all. Something else, it is extremely hard to find any contact info. at their website which makes me suspicious. If you spend a lot of time hunting around you'll eventually find their email and telephone number but as far as I can tell I could not find any address for them.Being as the company owner is so uncooperative and arrogant and would not even take my call and based on the zero response, not even a single email saying the recruiter or hiring manager was out of the office I would avoid this company like the plague"Desired Settlement: I don't feel they even sent any resume's out as I should have gotten at least a handful of, "not in the office, out of the office, we'll be in touch if there is a match" etc.
