Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:When I finally understood that I was not getting a lawyer that I was only getting paperwork filled out was when you sent me the papers to proof read I then called u to find out if I was getting a lawyer like I thought and u said no I again told u that the judge told me that I had to have a lawyer before I came back or I loose my kids and u said it would cost more money I then sent the papers back to u and asked for a refund cuz I couldn't use the papers and I found a lawyer that was willing to represent me for the same amount so I dont know how I'm trying to get something for free I'm just trying to do what the JUDGE told me I had to do before I came back Regards, C [redacted]

I told you every time I talked to you that the judge said that I had to have a lawyer before we went back to court and you never once told me otherwise and I did send the links for the papers back to you once I realize that I wasn't getting an attorney and you responded was there changes that needed to be made I told u that I wanted my money back because I couldn't use the papers that I had to have a lawyer like I was told to do or be in contempt of court and loose my kids! It is seeming to me like your company is a bunch o greedy people that trays to get people's money for no reasonNo one is perfect in this world and I'm sorry I misunderstood u on what my money was going for but once I realized it I brought it to your attention it's not like I waited until days after I received the papers to bring it to ur attention that I misunderstood what I was getting so why can't you stop being so money hungry and give me my money back so I can get my lawyer like told to do before my court date!?!

K[redacted]- we did a great job on your case. You asked us for corrections, and got them, for free. I'm sorry if you cant afford the filing fees at the court-house, but that's not my fault. You make $1300/wk. man, file next week. No, of course your not getting a refund, the work was completed, sent out,...

and you tried to file it, but cant afford the Bexar County fees. Not my fault, nor my problem. Here, at Emancy Custody LLC, we stand by our work. We offer any changes, corrections, or even updates for free within 3 biz days. Above, and beyond as they say. But we don't work for free. If a future customer is reading this, once the work is sent out, its done. You don't get money back, for time and effort to complete the job you paid us to do. This is America, and we charge a fee.
