I bought the ematic 10" quad-core on 1-21-at 10:am have been playing games and surfing the internet all day
I love this tablet it fast its got good screen quality for the price its worth every penny

I liked to be easy to use and a small size with high power

I recently purchased an Email 10" DVD player for my sonHe is nine months old and lately he has expressed a disinterest in his "baby toys." I searched and searched for the perfect DVD player to fit the headrest in my carThis one is perfect! The fact that it came with headphones was a great bonus, as I can listen to my music and he can watch his favorite cartoonsThis is a great product so far and I have recommended it to several of my friends and family

Waiting since Febuary for a nobby with crack screen to be fixed its now April

Refusing to repair my Sprout Cubby Tablet

I recently purchased a 7" Ematic Tablet (I don't remember the name) that was on sale It wasn't as fast as I was used to, but it got the job done and it was a cheap price

We purchased a cubbyUpon first time use we noticed the screen would only respond sometimesWhen I looked up reviews I read that this is one issue with the cubbyIn the left bottom corner of the screen we noticed a mark but it was mainly under the plastic housing and I thought it was something that must have gotten trapped in there during manufacturing process and thought nothing of itUpon a second use we noticed that is was a crack in the actual glassThis is why the screen was non-responsiveThe crack was slowly spreading across the screenIt was a crack on the outer screen and did not effect the look of the product but it did interfere with the ability to use itI contacted the manufacturer and told them that it was purchased this way and waited days with no responseI responded to them again and told them I would go with the Revdex.com to get a response since it had been days and offered them again

I received an Ematic tablet as a giftWithin weeks of gentle usage the docking pins stopped making contact and the tablet stopped working

Since it was after the weeks of the initial purchase (it was purchased online from Fry's Electronics in Phoenix) date I contacted Ematic Customer support for the first time on 4/6/asking if someone could assist me in making sure there wasn't something I could do to make it work againI was advised to ship it back to Ematic with the warranty and purchase info which I did, at my cost for shipping :-(
Although USPPS delivered it on 4/it was not receipted into Ematic's system until 4/The first indication that this Company has problems!!
All together I have made phone calls and sent emails trying to resolve thisThey told me they have 6-weeks to close out the issue and although I received emails from them stating the device was received undamaged and a replacement would be sent in 6-weeks nothing to d

I am taking the time out of my day because I feel that it is essential that I notify whomever is responsible for the Customer Service of Ematic to understand completely how horrible the customer service of this company is and how SY the products areAt this point, I do not know which one is WORST! I called the toll free number three times and the customer service representatives were dumber than the nextI like for you to notify the hiring committee and tell them that they should start completely over and raise the bar because apparently the only qualifications for this job is being able to pick up the phone and breathe on the lineMy problem with said SY product (Digital Converter Box) was never addressed or solvedIt clearly was too much brain power for your staff to solveIf it was clear enough, I will never buy from this company ever again in life! I will also be leaving nasty, but truthful comments everywhere I see Ematic products being sold (Remember: the truth hurts)Thank you for wasting my time, effort, and most importantly my MONEY!
Side Note:
I have a real question for you: Have you thought about changing your career path? I bet you are a nice person with great potential and I don't hold the quality of the products on you, but I would hate for such a horrible company to ruin your conscience and moralsIf you needed a sign for change, this is it!
