Unfortunately for me, I had checked the resolved box on this complaint in errorThe reply I received from Jumbo Moving is and completely inaccurate I have sent many emails and called Jumbo Moving beginning on the delivery date with huge concerns over missing and broken furniture to no availThe initial phone call started while the eighteen wheeler delivery truck was still hereThere was one young guy along with the driver of the truck unloading multiple families furniture on my front lawnMy furniture was not itemized or even placed together on this huge truckThe truck was so jam packed it resulted in my furniture being scratched, broken and demolishedNext concern I voiced to ***, ( from Jumbo Moving- while the truck was here), was that one person trying to carry my furniture into the house while the driver off loaded other families belongingsThe young man (maybe yrs old at best) was not strong enough to carry big containers and a tv console, tv's and furniture alone.This resulting in things getting banged scratched and brokenNext was the missing big pieces of furnitureI was told by *** at Jumbo Moving that the driver would continue to deliver the others furniture and they would be in contact with me when they found my furnitureI waited a day or two and hadn't heard from the driver or Jumbo MovingWhen I called Jumbo Moving I was told to give it time-That the deliveries weren't completeThey would be in touchDay after day no one would tell me where my furniture wasAfter several attempts to get answers and being put off I was told that I could contact *** anytime for an updateHe then gave me his cell numberI called everyday looking for an updateNo information at all was provided.I repeatedly was told "they are still looking for my stuff -be patient"One day when I called I was yelled at by *** stating I wasn't getting any answers because they didn't have oneAll the while people were laughing and joking in the back roundMy fiance-who is on the contract as a secondary contact person-asked to speak to *** began screaming and asked "are you American!!-Do you speak English!!" The unreasonable behavior and inappropriate yelling led me to send a email again to Jumbo Moving asking to please contact me and please can I handle this with another person I received a call from ***At this point they still didn't have my furnitureAfter weeks went by a different Delivery driver called on a Sunday afternoon to say they would be leaving my missing furniture in my driveway(I was an hour away)-They left my dresser, handmade rocking chair and electric fireplace in my driveway-all were either broken or damaged. I filled out the missing item forms and damaged belongings forms and sent them to Jumbo Storage along with picturesNo one has yet to reply to any of these forms or emailsNot once*** called after I contacted Revdex.com requesting to know if I had purchased insurance before my move for my stuff or if I had home owners insurance that would cover my belongingsNo was the answerI fully believed I was in professional movers handsI didn't know I would need additional insurance*** stated he would submit the claims to their insurance and I would hear backTo this day I haven't received any answers regarding the claims and I believe That Jumbo Moving is hoping this all just goes awayIn the meantime-I am out several items of furniture. There is no resolution in sight as Jumbo Storage will not respond to my emails.Please help

I would like to apologize to Ms. [redacted] as his move with us did not go well. We received a call from Ms. [redacted] saying that there are 3 missing items. We asked to give us a few days to complete the trip so we can search with other customer on board the same truck. and in our warehouse. Our moving...

coordinator gave the customer a personal phone number to follow up on this issue in any time, also, the costumer was provided with a claim form to fill up so we can start taking care of this incident ASAP. Unfortunately, On the same day someone called to his cell phone, being very rude and requesting a full refund for the whole move. Even though his name doesn't appear on the contract, he was explained that we are taking care of this and hope to find missing items, is continue to call and screaming - he explain to the guy that we cannot talk to him since is his name doesn't appear on the contract & if the Ms. [redacted] ur customer want to call e will be more than happy to take to her, Fortunately, the items were found and returned to the Ms. [redacted]. We called and left multiplies messages and emails whit no response. However, In order to complete the claim the customer is welcome to call our office or email us, and we would be happy to resolved the claim. we get the complete claims Presentation of Loss from Ms. [redacted]  it should not take long to process the claim, [redacted]'s contacts : [redacted].  [redacted] this is taking from the contract the customer sigh prior to the moving date. The claim is process best on the of option customer select.  We always take care of Ur customers when the select option 1 and give them above the free valuation, (1) Limited liability coverage of $0.60 per pound per article. ( Example Sofa 180 LBS X $0.60 per pound = $160.00 ) (2) Full Value Protection ( Deductible $1000.00)  price can be very expensive and very on the size & the value of the items. (3) Third-Party Insurance *Before purchasing insurance, check your homeowner’s insurance policy to see if you’re already covered. To purchase additional insurance please contact Moving Insurance   Or [redacted] International [redacted] (4)  Or consult your home owner/rental insurance policy. Liability of Insurance. No Insurance Company will cover this item Press-wood / Particle Board items: Due to the fragility of such items, we do not handle these pieces without proper disassembly. The customer or a professional third party company must provide disassembly will be responsible. If a mover does attempt to transport such items fully assembled, please understand that it will be at your own risk. We will not be responsible for claims brought forth if the wood buckles, snaps, chips, or falls apart. At the destination, the customer or a third party company will be responsible for re-assembly. These types of pieces are not considered transit worthy, meaning that they normally do not have the strength to stay together. Keep in Mind ... Some of your actions may limit your mover’s liability. These include: Packing perishable, dangerous or hazardous materials in your household goods without your mover’s knowledge. Packing your own boxes. You may consider packing your own household goods articles to reduce your costs, but if the articles you pack are damaged, it may be more difficult to establish your claim against the mover/insurance for the boxes you pack. NO insurance company will cover the content in the boxes

This is in regards to [redacted] apartment **.He had some issues with his AC unit which has been worked on several times over the last couple months and is now working properly. We originally tried to repair the door, but that didn't help so last week we ended up replacing the whole door and...

frame.  Today we replaced the toilet seat and repaired the hole in the side of the building.  The bulk trash has taken a few weeks to get caught up on because it took several loads to haul it away.  As of Thursday all the trash has been cleand up.Just so that you are aware, we have had several changes here with personnel.  I am a new manager here and we have worked hard over the past 2 months to get caught up.  We had scheduled his door replacement even before I knew there was a complaint and his AC was worked on as issues arose.Let me know if you need anything else.Thank you for your all your help in getting this matter resolved.
