Review: on 7/1/13 I checked in to this establishment using my master card debit card their credit card machine failed to properly work and cause me billing problems with my debit card.The manger stated that it happens all the time and hated using the debit cards it cause me a lot of problems,and I am un happy about the over billing problems and the time I had to go thru waiting to get my funds back .Can this be checked out so other people dony have the same problems,and it also cause me over draft billing on my card .I don't think I should have to pay for my over draft.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of 204.75 put back on my debit card to clear up my myover draft problem it has cause me,and also investigation to get their billing machine fixed,so it dosent keep happening to other custemers their machine took,approximatly $4440.00 dollars off my card and left me broke for 6 days and over draft problems

I call Mr. [redacted] on 9/12/13 on Thursday 10 o'clock to 11 O'clock morning so many time. His phone is busy every time I call. I can contact to Mr. [redacted]. He stay in motel 7/1/13 and charge his c.card amount $204.75 over draft. If money not refund his account I need his statement for July and August 2013. If money overdraft we send him refund back. Please send me copy for his statement. We are try to make our guest happy.

Review: I was charged two times on my bank card upon check in despite telling the front desk guy I wanted a different credit card charged the second I walked in. He then charged the proper credit card and refunded the two bank card charges after much argument. On April 6, 2014, I woke up to find that the front desk guy had charged my bank card a THIRD time. I immediately went to the front desk and talked to a different person who refunded the third charge and provided me with the name and number of the general manager. However, the damage had already been done. The three bank card charges have resulted in eight (8) $30 overdraft charges from my bank account due to insufficient funds as well as a $7.16 withdrawal from my savings account. As I explained to guy who checked me in the evening of April 5th, 2014, while the charges are immediate, the refunds don't automatically go through and he had just overdrawn my account. He argued this with me for at least 10 minutes. When I asked for the manager, he would not provide me with a point of contact. At that point I had to walk away and let it play out because it was obvious I wasn't going to be able to get anywhere.

As a result, this has caused me considerable financial strain as $786.63 was immediately removed from my bank account and the refunds didn't show up for another few days after the erroneous charges were made. I have now incurred $247.16 in overdraft fees total (again 8 charges at $30 a piece). Luckily I was able to get my bank to reverse four (4) of the overdraft charges, but I am still out $127.16 plus the $262.21 for the actual cost of the room which I don't think I should have to pay for that this point. I have tried to contact their "general manager" several times to no avail and I have sent the company 2 emails explaining the situation and asking for rectification, but I have not heard back from their general manager in what I consider to be a timely fashion considering the circumstances.Desired Settlement: This was very obviously no fault of my own and completely the fault of the Embassy Inn. The Embassy Inn should be required to reimburse me for the overdraft charges I was unable to get my bank, [redacted], to reverse and the cost of the hotel room should be credited back to my credit card. This has cause me a MAJOR inconvenience and I have now spent several hours on the phone with the bank and trying to reach the GM at the Embassy Inn. I would like a refund check of $127.16 and the credit card my room was charged to should be refunded $262.21. I am asking for a total of $389.28.
