Customer placed a repair request on Friday, Jan 6th, that the heater in their unit was operating at only about 50% heat capacity. The parts necessary for repair were not immediately available so we expedited the shipping of the parts and provided the customer with two temporary heaters. ...
The repair was completed on Monday, January 9th. We believe we responded appropriately and in a timely fashion. We expedited the shipping and provided space heaters at no cost to the customer. As the management company for the Home Owners Association, we don't control the policies of the Home Owners Association and are not authorized to offer HOA concessions.
