I Understand there is only so much in your hand but I just feel this was unfair because it is easy to target the younger generations. With that being said, complaints were made only from one side when we had neighbors on the other side as well. My friends and I got the initial complaint when there was only 4 of us and we were doing nothing crazy to be loud. We tested our volume by going outside and trying to listen in. We were at a good volume. The whole fact that the walls are "paper thin" should not be our fault. That is clearly a design flaw. The hotel was beautiful and very relaxing but its the little things that matter. I also understand other people were kicked out due to similar reasoning but im sure they are not contacing you, most likely because they know they did somethin wrong. We on the other hand did not deserve to be kicked out like that. Especially when we are celebrating an event such as a birthday. In addition I truly feel we were unlucky to get a neighbor who seemed like they were sleeping early on a saturday night. Regardless, we do apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused and hope we can find a resolution that we can both agree and benefit from. Thank you for taking your time and reading this.
