I am rejecting this response because: I would like to see the picture that was submittedWhen I spoke with the manager nothing was mentioned about smoking in the room, which did not take placeI would also like to know specifics on which "extra cleaning" that took place requiring $additional dollars

In regards to the complaint file, no further action will be taken It was reported by our housekeeping department that the room occupied by Ms [redacted] required additional deep cleaning in order to eliminate the strong smoke odor Additionally, one picture was submitted with the report showing a hotel glass used as an ashtray The hotel reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning under the circumstances noted

This is the first time I heard about this however, I called MsPrudence F [redacted] and I was able to resolve the situationWe will be issuing her a credit for one night and I will be mailing her a gift certificate for ONE complimentary night for futureShe was very pleased that I called her and very pleased with the resolutionPlease let me know if you have any further questionThanks, [redacted] General Manager Embassy Suites Saint Paul Downtown

To whom it may concern, I’m not sure why Mr*** went to another shop after purchasing his Ford Escort from us, instead of bringing it to our attention; furthermore, the vehicle was sold "AS IS" and a safety inspection was performed on 3/23/2015, prior to his purchasedA vehicle
inspection report was needed in order to register the car with the state, the VIR is a new system implemented by the DMV, thus the reason why we ask for Mr*** to return to the storeAdditionally, I’m not sure why Mr*** did not get a copy of the inspectionI have asked my General Sales Manager to email Mr*** a copy of the safety inspection for his records.Should Mr*** have additional questions or requires further assistance, please ask him not to hesitate and contact me directlyThank you,*** ***

Please see below, Ms. [redacted] was given a full refund through Hilton Guest Assistance on May 10th2016. Case closed.

Review: Dear Sir/madam!I have been in contact with the hotel supervisor & customer service department and so far they have not refunded the extra night I was charged.I prepaid with Priceline.com for three nights in the amount of $801.00Hotel charged me for two nights parking fee of $32.00 Hotel charged for one night + parking fee of $260.33 Thank you[redacted]###-###-####Desired Settlement: At this point just want refund. I received e-mail from Tyson supervisor which seems to me that he didn't look in to the account at all just wrote some stuff without addressing me the customer. He is same person I spoke to couple of times while I stayed there and afterwards as well, I thought then that he is one rude person behind the counter, he doesn't listen to the customers, he always has an answer, without looking into the issue. He has no customer service skills, and is very rude.
