The date I check in was 9/1/2018 at 3pm. The agent that check me *** in was the Supervisor had a very smart mouth ask him a question his answer I said what type of customer service is that. Get to my room by 3:15 and my room was not clean at all. I ask for room service to clean the room and that didn't get done that day witch is 9/1/2018. Call down at 9am 9/2/2018 speak with a lady ask can someone come and clean this room change the bed and clean the bathroom and also the floor and the floor never get touch at all. The next day leaving at 12:30 I see the cleaning lady take a broom that she use to sweep the floor and use the same broom and sweep out a chair now that was nasty. The sofa in my room was nasty all types of spot on the sofa. Their was mold in the bathroom people get sick and I have picture's to show it. Someone left a plate of food in the hallway on the 5th floor and the person that clean the room walk pass this plate I don't know how many time and never pick it up and was so busy on her phone into she not looking down at the plate. On 9/2/2018 go down for some drink's and the bartender *** was not friendly at all. He ask my daughter for her room card but he didn't ask the white gay that was in the front of her and than another white gay that didn't get in line get service before anyone else. I talk with front desk at 8:30pm Saturday evening about all the problem that I was having all I can get is I'm sorry NO (solve the problem). When I was down for drinking I ask to speak with a managers I was told their is no managers was not in right now, into Monday morning about 10am. Now 9/3/2018 at 9:30am checking out go down for breakfast at Embrassy Suite and half the food was not ready waiting over 15mins. Everyone that work at Embrassy Suite need to go for customer service skill, and learn how to treat their guess. If the guess stop coming their will not have a job. The only reason why I stay their was my Family Reunion and we can take are business some where else.

AGM has called and left a message, today 10/2/18, to the number of guest on file *** around 2:38pm. AGM has also sent an email to the email addess on file *** stating the following:
"Good afternoon ***,

I received notification today that you had some concerns during your stay. If you have any available time to discuss this I would like to hear about your recent stay and make it right for you. I can be reached via phone or email. I am on property Monday-Friday, 10am to 5pm. Should you call via phone and I do not answer, I am either out of the office on the floors or on the other line. Feel free to leave me a message and I will return your call.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you."

This email statement is also attached.

AGM is now waiting for response from guest either by phone or email to further assist this guest.

I have been talking with *** general asst manager. I have not talk with her since 10/17/2018 over 2 weeks going on three week. My family stay at the Embrassy Suite Hotel Aug 31 2018 into Sept 3 2018 I have put in another complain over a month ago and this matter still have not been resolve. When I talk with *** she said that the company was sending out a check and that have not happen to this day 11/04/2018. Stay at this hotel for my family union and it was a nightmare the hold week end. Start with the manager at the front desk that the first day Aug 31 2018 and the room was not clean and mold in the washroom and I also have picture's to show and also the sofa was nasty. All the hotel was all book up in the area, I was looking for another hotel to stay. I have been calling every other day to talk with *** and she never return my call. *** giving out false hope and broking promise. Also only one elevator working for 2days for that big Hotel. All I want is a full refund and 2nite stay and converse me for my pain and suffering. This matter could have been resolve over a month ago I don't understand why and now it's Nov and this happen back in Aug 2018. I don't have 400.00 to be giving away and the serve was horrible. Just giving me what I'm asking for and this can be resolve and also let me talk with someone going to get the job done. My another complain number with Revdex.com is

I stayed here at this hotel since Tuesday 10/17/17. The main issue is the cleanliness. Our room water is cold in the shower, there were draining issues in bathroom
got it fixed yesterday but it took them 5 days. The continental breakfast is a health code violation, there is more food on the floor most mornings than in the food trays. I have had call everyday to have someone vacuum and empty the trash and clean the room. it is almost 1 and no one has come by today. The manager was nice, but she is not the one who comes to clean the towels. I want this reported so no one else has to deal with this.
