On 04/26/SERVPRO Of Las Cruces received a phone call from *** *** at 11:55am stating that she had a fire in her home a couple weeks prior and was referred to our to clean and repair the damagesIt was explained that Kim B*** would contact her to set up an appointment time and explain
services we could offer to her as he is the one that will be traveling to Alamogordo to meet with herFrom our warehouse to customers home is miles round tripKim B*** called her promptly on 04/26/and explained the services we offerHe also explained to her that we do not complete free bid estimates in general, especially when it includes out of town travel and that we work directly with insurance providers for structure firesIt would be necessary for her to complete an Authorization Form upon inspection allowing us to communicate with her insurance providerA detailed estimate would be completed and also be sent directly to her insurance provider for adjuster approvalCustomer agreed to terms and stated that she would provide all her USAA claim information for him when he arrivedAppointment was set at her convenience for the following day at 10amKim B*** arrived to loss site and husband, Mr*** was presentUpon arrival Kim discussed with him what was discussed with *** *** the previous afternoonMr*** showed Kim to the area of concern in the garage and handed Kim a hand typed list of items to be repaired and stated he just wanted us to give him an estimate and that he would not be providing any of his insurance information to usKim explained that this was discussed with his wife, just explained to you, and there will be an inspection fee for traveling to Alamogordo after this was all already previously explained before setting up an appointment to travel to customers homeAn invoice was created and mailed to the customer as she agreed to our terms prior to setting up an appointment and traveling to her homeIn the interest of keeping our relationships with customers positive, and free of any grievances, SERVPRO Of Las Cruces is willing to dismiss the Service Charge in regards to *** *** located in Alamogordo, NM to remain in good standing and continue to ensure this with all of our customers.
