Ember Pizza

I tried contacting Ember several times after they used semolina (twice) on a gluten-free pizza. Semolina is a wheat product & should never be used on a gluten-free order, as it can make somebody with *** disease (an auto-immune disorder) extremely sick. Both my daughter & I have ***, and so we take this very seriously. Clearly Ember does not, as they have made this mistake twice & failed to reply to me after several attempts to contact them to notify them of this huge mistake. I fear that somebody with a severe food allergy could become very ill if this restaurant does not take precautious they should be taking when it comes to a food allergy.
