I am rejecting this response because:1. I have documentation of four emails and one letter mailed to the business, resulting in two documented phone calls and one email response. Stating that, possibly I had contacted the wrong company to cover-up their customer service and sales deficiencies is not acceptable nor constructive.2. One latch on kitchen sink window would have been acceptable but fixing one without the other is not a viable solution.3. For the record and to reiterate: The window-seat slider is too short (from being measured incorrectly by this business) on the left side, having a noticeable, sloping gap at the top. The gap is causing window to not glide or lock correctly. The second window latch is 82" high which was not disclosed and impractical. According to Internet images, window seats usually have fixed windows or combination of fixed and low slider or casement windows.
