On June 19, 202 I ordered guitar parts from Embie Concepts; specifically "Gold Embie-Matic Bridege Assembly w/Floating Slugs" for $125.00 plus $5.00 shipping. Order # *** I paid $130.00 through *** using a Visa card as a guest.
I received an email stating that my order had been received and I would receive an email when the order was to be shipped.
I have yet to receive an email stating that my item has shipped.
My major concern is that I have tried calling the company multiple times and have never had my phone calls answered; I have left messages each time. I have also sent 5 emails asking about the status of my order and received no reply. I have been unable to find a physical address for this company.
I am growing concerned that this is a bogus company that has no intent of shipping my item and that they are only interested in keeping my money. I order n-line parts frequently from various vendors and have never had this issue.
*** cannot reverse my charge as I used the site as a guest. I have also filed a complaint with Visa through my credit union through which the card was issued. At this point, I would just like to have my money returned to my Visa card.
I have attempted every way that I can think of to find an address for Embie Concepts in St. Louis, Mo. and there are no addresses to be found.
I have tried to go on his website, ebay, reverb, facebook, twitter, instagram, Google, different blogs, and there is no mention of an address.
I don't know what to do at this point.
He has a webpage that was Copyright in 2020, but looking at his other sites such as Facebook, instagram, etc., it appears that he has not had a
attempt to send a paid product out in over a year and a half and the last entries on FB or instagram were three or more years ago.
I do apologize to *** about this situation. My partner, ***, told me that he became overwhelmed with orders and missed this one. We are usually very attentive to customer concerns but badly missed this time.
We will be sending *** a full refund within the next 48 hours. Again, we are very sorry to have put a valued customer through this annoyance.
