Our Honda General Manager, Jack [redacted] advises the following: He actually had two trades, one was$22,and one was $that’s where the misunderstanding was as the buyer’s order prints the two trades added together which is why he thought $28, He did not purchase because he had $12, negative equity on his [redacted] GTI and wanted to talk to his financial advisors I understand that this has been reviewed with you

I am advised by our Honda General Manager that we have made repeated attempts to contact you by telephone, but that none of the messages we left have been retuned We would like to resolve your issuesPlease call Mark R [redacted] at [redacted] to discuss them further Thanks, Dan C [redacted] Vice President

Dealership had someone drive an hour+ to fix the issue and get us our platesJust had to get the right people involvedI am disappointed I had to file a Revdex.com complaint to facilitate things and I hope they make changes their customer service system to make it possible to talk to a manager easier without having to go this far, but I am satisfied with the outcome Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me

Our service manager resonds: I spend about minutes speaking to him through a relay operator yesterdayWe changed the oil on his vehicle on 7/at approx227k miles and then changed it again at approx230k miles on 7/He claims he went to Auto Zone or another dealer on August 6th and that his car was low on oil and they added itHe came back in on August 10th and we told him he had a leaking oil pan gasket and possibly a seeping rear main oil seal and he declined the repairsThe mileage was in excess of 235k on the 10th on his last visit From our service manager's description, the area were there appears to be a leak is the rear main seal, which has nothing to do with the level of oil in the engine, or the oil pan gasket, which is not affected by oil changesIf you have declined further repairs, then I do not see that there is anything else to be done

We are sorry that Mr *** has had a problem with his vehicleWe did not know there was an issue until we received this complaintOur Pre Owned Director Brian *** called Mrs*** apologized and offered to reimburse them for the cost of battery if they would provide us with a copy of the receiptMr*** picked up the reimbursement check yesterday

if im not able to get compensation for having to miss work I feel they should explain why the battery was not replaced and give me more than what I paid for the batterythis SUV cost me $41,I know it was not new but when you buy certified this was something that should of been checkedI have
not put that many miles or used it for long to have these issuesits asking me for a pin since everything has been reset , radio wont work or navigation

Please forgive our tardiness in answering this complaint; I was out of the office last week and not closely monitoring my emails

Our Service Manager has tried to contact Mr*** several timesShe has left messages and no return telephone calls have been received. Mark R***

Thank you for your inquiry regarding service performed on your Honda Civic
I've had our service manager review your statement several times
We're not certain what you mean in reference to oil being all down the side of the driver's side of the car, something we did not observeEven
if our technician had spilled oil in the process of changing the oil, the defective component we replaced sits very high up in the engine on the passenger sidePlease note that the component (ABS module) was defective, not damaged, and we have no reason to believe that anything done to your vehicle while it was being servicedHad the ABS Light come on while it was being service the technician would have immediately informed the service advisor
As you know, we regarded this as an important safety issueThe replacement part was not in our inventory, and we provided you with a no-charge replacement vehicle during the time your vehicle was waiting for the part to arrive
Our service manager also noted that he offered to have a complete detail performed on the vehicle at no charge to you
The issue here is really simpleA component covered by your warranty failed, and was property replaced by the dealership under your factory warrantyWe do not see that your vehicle was damaged in any way by the failure of the part; such things happen, and that's the reason for factory warrantiesThe vehicle was test driven by our service manger after the module was replaced and was found to be operating properly
There are no grounds in your lease contract which would allow for replacement of a vehicle which you believe to be defectiveLease agreements may be terminated early; you may wish to contact *** *** *** for more informationAlso, there is a Lemon Law in Texas which, under certain circumstances, allows for replacement of a vehicle which has encountered multiple repairs for the same complaintI don't see from your description that your vehicle would be eligible for this program, given that you have one repair of a component covered under warranty
I'm sorry I cannot be of more help with this, but our people truly believe that they have acted competently in the repair of your vehicle and the communication of the repair issuesWe have no reason to believe that your vehicle has been damaged in any way, and that it should give you reliable service for the time remaining on your lease

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed
action would not resolve my complaint This contractual issue has impacted negatively on my credit score, which is incorrectAs of now, I am not sure if Honda's Corporate Finance office will work Credit Bureaus to correct itNevertheless, I am expecting a response from them in next weekIf need arises, I may need Dealer's (Russell & Smith) support in resolving it (i.e., communicating with Corporate's Finance staff.) So, I would like to keep this complaint opened until my credit score with Credit Bureaus are corrected.Nevertheless, I would like to thank Revdex.com and Russell & Smith's staff (Natali W***, Jack C***, & Dino V***) for their assistance thus far

No, I disagree. I told the previous agent I haven't drove my car for almost 5 months from last Feb 2015. I moved to NY end of February 26, 2015 from Texas. My car was left in Texas while I was at NY. I finally replaced the oil last July 6 at Kingwood, Tx. Again I changed the oil on 27th between August 10. The question I have informed the previous agent my car seem isn't normal as I expected. It's leaked, shakily, a/c weren't good, & just replaced and change the oil in two months straight isn't normal. Before this, meanwhile my car were leaked since after 27th of July while I replaced the oil again on 10th of August is affected from the leaked from after 27th between 10th of August meanwhile I replaced the oil at auto zone next day 11th of Aug. My car got red flag that I can't drive of course I live an hour from oil change therefore is the reason why they wanted me to come and check is the reason I stop by auto zone to put the oil, oil filter etc before I stop by the Honda shop. If I drove, my cat won't makeIt to Honda shop. think about before they said something is non of sense. if they were informed me before this situation I won't be complained or filled out about the local. The interpter seem misunderstood the previous agent what I said or spoken. I known my car. I never have situation on N59 in Kingwood at Stering. I've vibe and something up with Rusell and Smith on 610. I've a proof picture the was oil low and leaked faster

I believe that my staff has solved the license plate issue.  We appreciate your help in getting this resolved. Please accept our apology for this situation.  It shouldn't have happened, and it's not the way we expect our employees to conduct our business. Please let me know if there's...

anything else we can do for you. Dan [redacted]Vice President
