Review: I ordered $41.00 of thread on Feb 5, 2014. I called & left voice mail message and sent emails. I have not heard back from them. I want to verify if this is a legitimate business or not. What is my next step?Desired Settlement: Would like my product or to make sure I'm not charged.

Review: On or about 9/13/2015 I ordered several items (54 baby bibs) from this company. I received a confirmation of my order on 9/13/2015. I contacted them via email on 10/29/2015 stating that I had not yet received my order. I contacted them again via a text message on 11/5/2015. I sent another email on 11/10/2015 and another text message on 11/19/2015. All of those messages asked for the status of the order. Their website indicates that the best way to contact them is via email or text as they cannot hear the phone with machines running. However, I did make a phone call on 11/11/2015 and left a voicemail message regarding this order. I have a small craft business and needed the bibs to embroider on for customers. The only "good" thing about the not receiving the order is that my credit card has not been charged as of today. I have kept copies of the original order, email messages, and text messages. My phone log shows when I called them.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to either deliver the items as ordered, or cancel the order and guarantee that my credit card will not be charged.
