Customer has vehicle diagnose at ***, They had it towed here based on the quote we gave them being cheaper than ***Customer stated they wanted Heater Core changed, we did as the customer requested Customer called stating vehicle overheated in Round Rock, we had vehicle towed back to Harker Heights at no charge to customerTom found that the thermostat was sticking and we replaced itTom pressure tested the system twice and found no leaksWhen customer called stating that it was still overheating, we asked her to bring it in as soon as possible, customer never brought the vehicle back in and never called back

I am rejecting this response because:Tom's assistant called me while I was at the gym to tell me it was the heater core!!!!! I know they replaced itWhat they didn't do was FIX the PROBLEMI brought it back twice to give them a chance, so of course I wouldn't bring it back a THIRD TIME so they can take MORE money and not FIX the problem! It overheated each time I got it backThey were trying to create a new ticket when they clearly broke the heater tube and didn't FIX the problemI had to take it to *** tire in Round Rock TX to get it fixed correctly AND they replaced what Tom broke in the process which was OBVIOUSLY the heater tube was the problem which Tom broke*** said it was obvious it was broken and that's why it kept overheating!!! I had to pay another shop $to fix what Tom broke and I can prove it from my SECOND invoice from ***They fixed the jeep by replacing the heater tube TOM BROKE! He even threatened to fight my boyfriend, which IS WHY WE DIDN'T COME BACK!!!! I want my refund
