Review: Emcor Services (Air Conditioning services) came to do Chemical Cleaning for [redacted]'s air condition unit on August *, 2013. Emcor insisted that I, [redacted] at [redacted] verbally approved to the Evaporator Coil and additional charge $631.48. This was done without my acknowledge and no one from Emcor informed us about it. There was no writing, emailing or any proposal stating that evaporator coil need to be [redacted]ged and there would be additional charge. we only acknowledged they would perform chemical cleaning. (i have copy of the email stated: only schedule for chemical cleaning).In December 2013, [redacted] received an invoice which we had no clue why there was a charge of $631.48. The invoice did not indicate evaporator coil. It only said chemically cleaned which was included in our contract. I had called to inquire about this matter. I had spoke to [redacted] at Emcor) and he mentioned he would look into it. I had sent an email to follow up (i have a copy of the email). But I didn't hear back from [redacted] till late June 2014.Desired Settlement: EITHER cancel the billing or at most settle to pay 50% and ensure in future no work done without a signed approval from [redacted] detailing any charges.
