The company states, "I spoke with [my name] live and also sent follow up emailsShe has never responded." This is a lieI had a lengthy telephone conversation with *** *** on May 15, 2017, during which she speculated that the vendor mixed up my medical records with another patient's with the same date of birthShe asked me to start the rebate process all over again and resubmit my documentation, which I declined to doI sent her a lengthy email reply on June 20, 2017, a copy of which is attachedI have heard nothing since. Please do not delete my complaint from the Revdex.com websiteIt is important for consumers to know that, while their PR department is concerned about their company's reputation, EMD Serrano's third-party vendor is incompetent, does not value patient privacy, and does not deliver any customer service, and that consumers should not trust them with their medical documentation or rebate requestsFurthermore, Ms***'s claim that I "never responded" is further proof that this company is not entirely honest

I spoke with the [redacted] live and also sent follow up emails. She has never responded. Can you please reach out to her or clear out record. We are over achievers...
