Review: I renewed a subscription to [redacted] magazine on may 19,2014 for 2 years at the price of $43.90. The magazine label has not changed the date that my subscription ends up to now, It still reads Jan 2015. I paid this renewal on my [redacted] Card and have paid the bill thinking everything was as it should be. I have tried for the past month to contact the company by phone or email and get a hang up on the phone and no response by email. It appears that I've made a $43.90 blunder and will not get anything for my money!! I would like a refund of my money or an extension of the magazine if possible.

Review: This company and an affiliate(XXX-XXX-XXXX)continue to harass me and call my home, trying to sell a subscription to "[redacted]" and [redacted] magazines or renew subscriptions. I now have 2 subscriptions to this magazine until 2019.I have (and members of my family)have repetedly asked them not to call as I am not in good health and have poor hearing. They continue to bill my account for the amount of $43.90. The bank has entered fraud charges against them; but they continue to call my home and are very rude and demand money. There has been written communication the last being 03-05-2014. Please contact them and asked them to quit all this. I can't seem to get through to them.

Customer placed order with our company March 3rd, 2014 for a reorder of an existing subscription to [redacted] magazine. Customer provided payment information for their subscription through Paypal using their credit card. We were contacted April 15, 2014 to cancel subscription. Customer was refunded in full through Paypal. We had no knowledge or any information regarding a [redacted] subscription and no order was placed at our website or with our company for that publication. We also deny contacting [redacted] after his purchase by telephone other than to confirm his cancellation. If [redacted] is being contacted by telephone it is by other agencies that we have no association or control. [redacted] has been permanently placed on our internal do not contact list. We regret any confusion or misunderstanding that may have arisen from his purchase with our company. We hope that since his order has been canceled and his payment refunded that it will satisfy all parties concerned.

Review: Ordered 36 month subscription of [redacted] to be added to existing subscription. On the ad stated that it could take 6-14 weeks or 120 days to begin my service. None of this has happened. I E-Mailed a letter on December 15th but got no response. I called and left a message quite a few times. No response. HELP Please.Desired Settlement: To have existing subscription extended 36 months on my[redacted] as agreed. I have copy of Receipt.

Review: On 1/29/2014 my wife was billed by Emedia LLC $65.45 for a subscription for [redacted] The bill was paid by a credit card. Since that time I have tried repeatedly to contact this organization to check on delivery of said subscription. They will not respond to my calls. I have repeatedly called XXX-XXX-XXXX and can only get recordings saying they will respond but they do not.Desired Settlement: Either deliver the subscription or a full refund.

Review: I transacted an order on Aug 6, 2014 and decided to cancel the magazine subscription on Aug 19, 2014 by email. They have not responded to 2 emails and a phone call.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund of $32.95.

Review: On 02-27-14, I ordered 104 issues of the [redacted]. eMedia charged my Discover Card for $199.25 which was the correct amount, however, I have never received a single issue. Over the last year, I have called, texted, and written to them a lot of times requesting a refund of all my money since they refuse to sent the magazines. They have not responded to any of my calls or letters. I don't know what a person is suppose to do.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back and never have to deal with this kind of a company.

Review: Emedia billed me $19.90 for 3 consecutive months (Oct. Nov. and Dec. 2014) for a 3 year subscription to Discovery Magazine. I agreed to the length of subscription after they told me that I would receive $100 for gas purchases according to their program, along with free subscriptions to Popular Science and Natural Health magazines. My credit card was charged for each month. I received a confirmation form and mailed information for the gasoline program, as directed. I received no Discovery magazines to date, received no information regarding the gasoline rebate program and received just one of the free magazines two months in a row. Natural Health has since been substituted by them with another. I called Emedia over a month ago and this week and left voicemails twice (speaking with a real person seems not a service) and sent 3 emails to their service dept. No one has responded to any contact I have made. I am in contact with Discover magazine and they have told me that they have no distribution arrangement with emedia. They agreed that I should contact Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: If the magazine subscription is honored, and the gas card offer is provided, I will be satisfied. However, I trust that the Revdex.com will issue a stern warning or help prevent other emedia customers from encountering similar issues.

Review: I received a call from the company on 12/1/14 at which time I renewed my Subscription to Playboy Magazine for 3 years for the amount of $69.95 on my Credit Card. I have not received my magazine for 2 moths now. My wife has tried calling the company several times and left messages for a call back and has not received one along with an e-mail. There has been no communication.Desired Settlement: My money back or star getting my Magazine.

Review: eMedia called me on 5/19/14. I ordered [redacted] for 3 yrs. My subscription ran out Nov. 2014. I never received my Dec. 2014 [redacted] magazine. I called eMedia (XXX-XXX-XXXX)and talked to [redacted]. He assured me it'll be ok but to call him back if not. I still haven't received anything. I have called them at least 10 times from 12/18/2014 to today 1/8/2015. No one answers the phone. They have you leave a message and they'll call you back. (This has never happened) I've left messages on [redacted]'s answering machine and he also has NOT returned my calls. I've called [redacted] MAGAZINE and they show NO record of my order. It's hard to settle a problem when no one will answer the phone or return your calls. I've already stayed on the line for 1/2 hour with it saying "I'll connect you". I don't know what to do. Thanks, [redacted]Desired Settlement: Send me my 3 yrs of STREET RODDER MAGAZINE I paid for !

We're not sure how Mr. [redacted]'s Street Rodder was not entered originally but have remedied the situation as of 01/23. We apologize greatly for the delay and understand his frustration. Mr. [redacted] should be able to call Street Rodder within the next 7 days to confirm that he has 24 months coming to him with confirmed estimated delivery dates of 03/20. We will have no issue with providing a full refund if [redacted] does not start receiving his product in March/April of 2015. There's a confirmation number of [redacted] with the clearinghouse in which we processed this order. Thank you again for you time.
