above and beyond for not only my property, my employer but most importantly my guestsAll claims by this guest are complete falseYes, we had to speak to her son on occasions, one of which he had stole his mothers lighter and started a fire on my property and the 2nd time was when he wrote obscene language in the walls of my hotel and we told him he had to clean the writing offIn fact after letting her husband know of her claim to the Revdex.com he himself could not believe she would do this after all that I had done to help her and her family when they were thrown out where they had previously lived, with her grandmotherI gave her rides to enroll her son in school and then again minutes later when he had an accident in his pull upsHer son is years oldHer husband called me and asked if I could please go purchase Tylenol for one of the kids who was ill and mom had no moneyI personally did this out of care and concernYet, hour later she came to my office and asked if I could giver her a ride to get cigarettesAs for allegation regarding taking money from a guest credit card, yes that is true but she failed to mention that the guest she is referring to was weeks behind in her rent and as a result I had to call law enforcement to come remove her from the propertyThe guest told the officer to tell me to put it on her credit card, which declinedI am happy to provide the officers name if you would like to verify thisSeveral days later we attempted to get payment on the card she herself asked us to charge and we were able to collect the money and authorize the cardEach guest is required to provide a credit card upon check in in order to cover any outstanding balances or charges that they incur while staying with usEach guest signs a registration form at check in agreeing to this and this guest was no exception to this policyThis guest own husband said he was so sorry she made this claim and stated once again she has mental problems and he would deal with this and he was sorry she did it as I had gone out of my way to help this family who clearly had needs that were not being metI have been in hotel management for plus years and have a excellent reputation and good standing in our communityI am more than happy submit to a background check, which will clearly show I have never been to prison for embezzlement or for any other crime for that matterThis guest claims she had mold in her bathroom, this was true but again she did not mention she would not allow anyone in her room to clean nor did she ever clean her bathroom once in the weeks that they stayed hereIn fact, upon check out they had done so much damage and left the room in the worst condition I have ever seenin yearsI am happy to submit the photos of the room that were taken as soon as they left the hotelChild protective services were contacted as a result of the condition they left the room and had their kids living in which included trash bags of soiled pull ups from her year old son and cat fesses on the floor and on the kitchen tableShould you like further information, photos, or statements from any of the other guests as to her mental state, irrational behaviors please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to provide all the documents and photos needed to prove my facts to be the truth
I have attached only a few of the photos that were taken of the room in the condition that they left it. Several of the guests/tenants here at the property have offered to provide swore statements as to the irrational behavior of Mrs [redacted] while she was here at the property. I also can provide the guest folio that shows the guests did not pay their weekly rent in full on 2 of the 3 weeks they were here. Her husband has filed a complaint with your office as well and in my response to his complaint I have provided the inappropriate text messages that he sent to me as well as facebook messages he sent to me that were inappropriate on several levels. The messages also will prove the facts to be true that he himself states she is crazy and has problems. He asked that I not tell her he contacted me and several other guests via text and via facebook and the messages were of a [redacted]. I do not wish to get into a battle with this woman who lives like a pig, as the attached photos show and are proof of the condition of which she keeps her home and forces those children to live. The proper authorities have been notified of the situation and because of her history with those same agencies they will be contacting her and her husband to follow up and take whatever action is needed to ensure the safety and care of these children. I am happy to send statements from several other long and short term guest should it be needed to prove her statements to false and fraudulent, including but not limited to that of the tenant she was referring to in regards to her statements as to misappropriating of guests funds. Thank you for your time and consideration in this above referenced matter. In addition these guest have a very large balance due for the cleaning of the room they resided in for just 3 weeks. The amount owed far exceeds the money they paid for the 3 week stay, thus they cost us more than we made just in cleaning and repairs of the room.
