We are aware that [redacted] is not happy with the Shih Tzu that she purchased from usAt the time of sale we always explain that if she is not happy with her puppy that she can either return the puppy to us for a FULL REFUNDwith no further obligation or she can exchange the puppy for a different oneCheryl has not yet returned the puppy and time is running outThis is not a standing offerWe will give her another two weeks from the date of this letter to return the puppyIf Cheryl does not return the puppy, Then we don't know what else we can do for her
