I tried to rent a unit they handled at En Solei in PCB FL and they refused to rent to me because I read the reviews and it appeared renters in the past had posted of issues
I wanted to check their commitment to the unit being clean (I do like clean), and repairs made They refused to rent to me Does that tell you what kind of business they are? If I owned a unit under their management I would pull it from them so fast and give it to a reputable company making their heads spin Owners need to know how their units are being managed, poor owners! Not being a member of the Revdex.com is a RED FLAG up front Poor unsuspecting renters! I am GLAD they would not rent to me I have high expectations and I work very hard for my money

We just got home from vacation at Edgewater Beach ResortWe rented the condo through *** at Emerald Coast DestinationsI was super skeptical of renting from them as I saw quite a few bad reviewsMost seemed to be older so I was hoping they may have changed their waysWe had a good experience thoughThe condo was in good conditionThere were some minor issues with things like a broken drawer in one bathroom, some blinds were broken and the pieces were put behind the couch but we had the blinds open the entire time anyways to enjoy the view so that was no issue for us, one of the closed mirrors was cracked but still functionedThe master bed was wobbly but as soon as we got there we did the most thorough inspection we could because of the previous reviews and I called and reported everything and within a few hours they were there and fixed the bed and put in a few light bulbs that were burnt outAll in all we had a nice stay with no other issuesNo one bothered us, when we did call we got responses immediately and they came to fix itIt wasn't the most extravagant place I have stayed but it wasn't a motel eitherFor our purposes you could not beat it with the amazing viewsThe condo was floor to ceiling windows that were a direct view of the beach!! Now for us I could care less about granite counters and other aesthetics (although they do try and it was nicely decorated) All I wanted was to view the beach even if I wasn't down at the waterI have a one year old so I knew we would spend more time in the condo than before kidsI would not have any problem renting from them again

I found a property that we were interested in renting in Jan. & Feb. 2016 through VRBO. We filled out the registration field to rent at a certain price and added trip cancellation insurance to that. We did that 2 different times only to receive an email stating that our request had expired do to the manager/owner not responding within a 24 hr time frame. Something required of the manager/owners through VRBO. After making many email requests for that person to please call me, I finally got an email from Richard, at Emerald Coast, not a call, to go to Emerald Coast Destinations to do the actual booking at a higher rate than shown on VRBO web site. Richard has yet to call me, but did send a booking link through ECD to book it. I am uncomfortable to give any amount of money through this company. I am unable to get cancellation insurance or my money back if things don't work out. Seems like a shady practice to lure people in through VRBO and then not actually working with them. Something needs to be done about this company and the way they use VRBO, but not let us book through them. And really, no phone number listed for a legit company ? Is this a one man show scamming people ? Buyer beware ....

I would like to make everyone aware of the business practice of Emerald Coast PCB Destinations. The price shown for VRBO rental unit #XXXXXX is apparently for some random week or weeks out of the year. The website states that rates vary, although the website is set up to take your down payment at the price that is shown. Then, you are informed of a large rate increase for the week desired. I was informed that it was all my fault because I could not follow instructions. This is very poor business practice and they could vastly improve their customer service skills. My opinion, once they see that someone is interested, the price goes up. No indication of the possible increase in rates, so apparently it is up to their discretion. I will definitely be moving on and working with a company that I feel comfortable with.
