If you plan to buy please read this. I wish I could give a negative star rating. First my wife and me went into emerald coast Harley looking at street glides. I have a night train that I love but I want something with a fairing and a radio. With no expectations I found one and Gene (my sales man) took me to the sales manager Craig. We couldn't with a deal on the street glide so Craig kept trying to sell me a road glide. No big deal just a salesman being a sales man. My wife told me over and over she didn't like Craig and she wondered why he didn't let it go that I didn't want a road glide or a 2016. I told her that was just a salesman no biggie. About a week later I get a call from Gene saying they have a street glide that was black with apes close to my price range. Back and forth fort about the calls it was relayed to me that if I wanted it, with my trade in, it would be 10k out the door. This was the deal Craig (sales manager) told gene to tell me. So I came in Friday after my workout in my gym clothes to see if it was even worth driving in from Crestview Saturday to test drive and buy. After an hour wait that me and Gene were waiting on Craig, we looked over and saw him eating instead of showing me the bike and working the deal. Rude, but whatever some people just are. Finally he came over and we went to look at the bike. I agreed on the deal but when I repeated the terms told to me, Craig said he can't do ten but her can do 13k. Obviously I was aggravated that I wasted my time because I was straight lied to. I told gene, nothing against him but I will not do business there because not working a deal is one thing but getting lied to like that is another. A week after that I get a call from Deb (another sales manger) and then Kevin ( the actual manager). They both apologized and said they don't do business like that and convinced me not to give up on them because of one person. After a while I agreed they did nothing wrong. Deb called me the next day and said they will sell the same bike for 11250. At first I told her mitt because I was so aggravated that I was told that bike for 10 k. Later I called Kevin and told him the same thing. He said he understood and that they still wanted me as part of the family and not too be a stranger then said the offer is there if I want it. The next day my wife talked sense into me on April first. She made me realize that it's a great deal and I shouldn't be spiteful. So, I called Deb and agreed on 11150 but she would call me back to tell me for sure, but 11250 was still my promised deal. I told her let met know and I would bee in Sat to test drive it and see. I came in Sat with my wife. We rode it and liked it. I told gene that 11250 was good if they throw in a sissy bar for my wife. He said he can't say yes but pick it out and that shouldn't be a problem. We picked it out and waited on Kevin to work the deal. Kevin because I wouldn't deal with Craig and deb was busy. So after about a 30 min wait Kevin sits down shakes my hand and said the best he could do was 12895. [redacted] I said what happened to 10k then 11250?. He said that was end of the month closeout. Remember this deal was offered on the first already but apparently not the second. I got [redacted] and walked out. Gene ran out, apologized and said he was leaving too. I don't mind not getting a deal, but numerous different times I was offered a deal and each time I came in and was straight lied to. I am going to try and seek out the owners to ask if this is what they expect from sales. Also to anyone who wants to buy, bring your phone and Google the prices, they are not a good deal at all, you might be able to haggle but if you want a deal then you will be lied to. They care about the dollar not the customer. In fact never mind as a business, people in general should not act like that.
