This company was hired by my insurance ( [redacted] ***) to deliver and install a new washing machine I purchased for my place of residenceThe workers delivered my new washing machine but refused to install it I don't have experience with installing a washing machine so I expected this company to install it The customer service department could not provide me with a explanation as to why they refused to install my new applianceThis is a terrible company

Forward Air Corporation was contracted by ** to deliver a new dishwasher to us The first delivery was scheduled for 07/05/Upon arrival, the delivery men pulled out our dishwasher, looked at the space and then opened the box to the new dishwasher It was damaged so we refused it, reported to ** and had another delivery set The next delivery was scheduled on 07/12/ Upon arrival, the delivery men pulled out the dishwasher, looked at the space and stated that we had an L-shape set up which meant that longer tubing was needed He advised that he did not have the tubing so he would leave the dishwasher and we should call a plumber He would not open the box We called a plumber who came to install it and stated that no special tubing was necessary and opened the box to reveal a completely damaged dishwasherWe called Forward Air Corpora

HI and just to inform the Public about Forward Air this company is fraud, I hired them to do shipping and they lose the item and don't want to pay or refund the shipping fees I payed for and no delivery or shipment was ever doneAn investigation is currently being done by the FTC , and the Florida State Attorney Generals Office, I will later submit their conclusions
