This company has moved me three times. They are courteous, clean, careful with my belongings and quick. They are self-sufficient and you don't need anyone else to help with the move. Their packing kit and online tips are helpful; you get a refund for the stuff you don't use from the packing kit. The first time I used them the phoned me to see how things were going and to reassure me (I'd been very nervous, having had a previous bad experience with a different moving company). This is the only company I trust with my belongings. One place I moved from had no loading area and there was a bike-lane on the street, which prevented them from pulling up in front of my place. Emerald Moving moved my stuff down the sidewalk to their van without a grumble or complaint. They are far more patience than I am. They are problem-solvers and will figure out how to get your things moved safely, no matter the obstacle. The website it easy to negotiate. The staff is readily available by phone. They make the move a positive experience.
