You guys got this shady builder all wrong, only because the city is in his pockets, He cuts corners on everything, He doesn't want to fix any damaged caused by his sub contractors, they cut corners even with slab ( concrete) he deliberately looks at every angle to save and rip buyers off, the city doesn't even inspect his homes, not one house on creekside is built to code not one. Crapy work they wouldn't last a week in the Bay Area, he only gets away with it because of the years behind him, CSLB, City of Galt all are in on this terrible piece of work, criminal charges should be filed against what this douche bag is doing to the elderly and first time buyers, he's a scammer!
