Review: Moving notice front entrance not clean after moving-in the kitchen was filthy stove onside was grease and moving stove out my son found food dirty under and side plus refrigerated the same problem I call the office to mote these facts. Balcony had motor oil black mole needed painting 1st bedroom had black mole in window. I couldn't breath they change filter each month. Kitchen disposal & sink was broken each month. Two to three time leak from sink inmaster had a dripping (2 mos before repair When my lease was up I told management I was moving told me I owe $150 for water no my bill was $48. I'm not paying for water running over complex up/down Fulton Ave. So now they have a credit bureau sent a notice of $501.53 Never return my $200 dep. or $35 gate remote. I need my money too.Desired Settlement: They return my $235.00 because I let apt 70 sparkling celan and sanitize I mean clean I have good rent history They need to stop nickle & dime resident. Pay water sewer garbage plus my utility was to much for a fix income.

I'm responding to Ms. [redacted] Complaint regarding her move-out report dated August 31, 2010. Ms. [redacted] didn't receive her $200.00 deposit back because she didn't have a deposit as her special was no deposit. In reviewing her move-in record which she signed there is not mention of black oil on her patio. Secondly, All maintenance records requested by her were completed and on file. No Mildew was reported in her window. Thirdly, Ms. [redacted] rental agreement states that she is responsible for her Utilities which she signed and at the time of her moving in and when she moved out she was 30-days behind on her Utilities and that's why she has a balance due. Ms. [redacted] was mailed her move-out charges and she received a courtesy call to let her know she had a balance due and she stated she wasn't paying any charges. Therefore, her file was sent into collections for the balance due and this is why she has made a complaint too B B.B . Since she had no deposit to return, she needs to pay her bill and she shouldn't try to use this company for a complaint to harm us for her move-out charges when she owes us. Ms.[redacted] states she is on a fixed income and can't afford the utilities. It is my understanding, that she can make payment arrangements with the collection company to pay this outstanding debt.

We're responding again to Ms. [redacted]'s Charges and allegations and this time l'm sending you her first
page of the lease that shows she didn't pay a deposit. Also a written letter from her written to us at the
time she moved out. Ms [redacted] owes these charges as she never paid a deposit and she was never
cheated as she alleges. Therefore, her records are in correct and she can't use the Revdex.com to cause us
harm.
Please review her written letter and her lease that show she never paid a deposit. Also we're
forwarding our last response to her false allegations.
Thank-you Revdex.com for sending us her response. At this time we consider this matter closed as the records
clearing show her as not telling the truth as she owes us $501.59. Again she may make payment
arrangements. All her statements are false. She owes the money.
