I recently purchased a home complete with all the old galvanized plumbing that had been cut into with CPVC over the years I called them (along with a few other companies) to get a quote and fully expected to get raked over the coals Not only was their quoted price well within my budget, they were the only contractor that actually followed up with a quote! That's just the beginning of the story though Hugo is the re-pipe estimator and he is a great guy to work with I am selling a house as well, and this house had polybutylene throughout While I had never had a problem with the system, the house was over years old and it was only a matter of time Besides, the buyer of the property would have been unable to get an insurance policy and that would have killed the sale! Again, fully expecting to get sold down the river on price, these guys came in very competitively and once again, the only company to actually give me a quote in a timely manner So, we were able to set up both properties to be done on the same day by two separate teams One headed by Patrick and the other by Darren Both of them were conscientious to a tee about the work that needed to be done They were also extremely responsive to a couple of minor changes we wanted to make to the original plan Since I couldn't be in two places at once I had Patrick's team work at the house being sold unattended for the entire day The did a two-story house with a kitchen on the opposite side from the rest of the plumbing in the course of about hours!!! The older home took a little more time but Darren and his team were again fantastic in dealing with a multitude of 'discoveries' made as they opened the walls to get at the old plumbing With all of that said they were done in a little more than hours Cutting walls and ceilings is messy work and I honestly was wondering what type of mess we were going to be left to clean up The short answer is NONE I think we did find a small piece of plaster that had rolled away from the work area, but they got everything else and I mean everything!!! I now have the ability to sell my old house and give the buyer full assurance of a year labor warranty and years on the new PEX system I have the same piece of mind at my new house, that while I may have other issues with various things that come with an old house, plumbing won't be one of them And should I EVER have an issue on the drainage side (which we did not have to do) - they will not only be the first company I call, they will be the ONLY company I call One final thought, as Blaine was collecting the money for both properties he made a comment about how it's hard to sink money into something you can't really see Great observation and in many cases I might even agree, but in this case I can't imagine the money being better spent! We can sleep at night not worrying about the house flooding out and we have hot and cold running water at every faucet - something we didn't have when we first moved in Other reviewers have made the comment about making them your first call for your plumbing needs Make them your only call - you won't be disappointed!!!

I had a very satisfying event apptwith Emerald Plumbing I called with a toilet
problem; the apptwas made for this morning (Monday, Nov17th); and the nicest
young man arrived promptly His name is *** ***He ws extremely
polite; got right to work; worked quickly and efficiently and it was obvious he
knew what he was doingHe explained the situation to me; I understood and he
began right away He finished a rather complex (to me) job in less than one hour
I hope I have no plumbing problems in the future; Emerald re-plumbed my entire
house earlier this year; the toilet was unrelated to the replumb job; but I will
definitely call Emerald Plumbinb whenever necessary - as well as recomment them
to my friends (which I have done in the past)EP is on our homeowners list of
"approved vendors"...................Thank you! And thank you, ***!
A very satisfied homeowner *** ***

*** and *** did great job the right company to call and refer proudly I was very satisfied with there work and honesty
*** did a wonderful job in telling what caused the problem and how to prevent it from happening again without trying to sell other product like other companies who come charge a bundle of money and end up selling other product telling you that by purchasing it and using monthly the problem which was a bogus
Emerald plumbing doesn't do that ,they are honest
I wish that the problem won't happen again but if it did Emerald Plumbing is going to be the only and only and only company I will call and *** will be the only person I will ask them to send he knows his job and he is good at it
Thank you to you both for the wonderful job you've done
Thanks *** and ***

On January 17, an employee of emerald plumbing Brian S*** came to my home to fix a broken gas hot water heater using the company truck He said he would be back to check on itSeveral days passed and no responseI contacted the secretary Ramona. She said he was not authorized to fix a gas water heaterBrian lied to Ramona and said we were being evicted and he did not fix our gas heaterHe only stopped by to pick up chairsI sent her a video of him working on our heaterWe were out of hot water for daysHe said he didn't careHe was paid by our property managerRamona said it wasn't her or the company's problem the gas was leaking after he touched it*** came 01/22/and confirmed my gas heater was leakingHe asked me who fixed it and I told him an unauthorized employee of emerald plumbingHe told me it was very dangerous to have the gas leakI have small children and emerald plumbing did not careThey let their employees do side jobs with no consequenceThese are the people representing their companyThis is not the first time he has been in this area fixing homesInstead of resolving the problem, the secretary blocked all my emails and textsThey condone unlicensed activity and their employees creating gas leaks in homes

I recently purchased a 1925 home complete with all the old galvanized plumbing that had been cut into with CPVC over the years. I called them (along with a few other companies) to get a quote and fully expected to get raked over the coals. Not only was their quoted price well within my budget, they were the only contractor that actually followed up with a quote! That's just the beginning of the story though. Hugo is the re-pipe estimator and he is a great guy to work with.

I am selling a house as well, and this house had polybutylene throughout. While I had never had a problem with the system, the house was over 20 years old and it was only a matter of time. Besides, the buyer of the property would have been unable to get an insurance policy and that would have killed the sale! Again, fully expecting to get sold down the river on price, these guys came in very competitively and once again, the only company to actually give me a quote in a timely manner.

So, we were able to set up both properties to be done on the same day by two separate teams. One headed by Patrick and the other by Darren. Both of them were conscientious to a tee about the work that needed to be done. They were also extremely responsive to a couple of minor changes we wanted to make to the original plan. Since I couldn't be in two places at once I had Patrick's team work at the house being sold unattended for the entire day. The did a two-story house with a kitchen on the opposite side from the rest of the plumbing in the course of about 6 hours!!! The older home took a little more time but Darren and his team were again fantastic in dealing with a multitude of 'discoveries' made as they opened the walls to get at the old plumbing. With all of that said they were done in a little more than 8 hours.

Cutting walls and ceilings is messy work and I honestly was wondering what type of mess we were going to be left to clean up. The short answer is NONE. I think we did find a small piece of plaster that had rolled away from the work area, but they got everything else and I mean everything!!!

I now have the ability to sell my old house and give the buyer full assurance of a 10 year labor warranty and 25 years on the new PEX system. I have the same piece of mind at my new house, that while I may have other issues with various things that come with an old house, plumbing won't be one of them. And should I EVER have an issue on the drainage side (which we did not have to do) - they will not only be the first company I call, they will be the ONLY company I call.

One final thought, as Blaine was collecting the money for both properties he made a comment about how it's hard to sink money into something you can't really see. Great observation and in many cases I might even agree, but in this case I can't imagine the money being better spent! We can sleep at night not worrying about the house flooding out and we have hot and cold running water at every faucet - something we didn't have when we first moved in.
