Emerald Square Townhomes

On today I received a notice left on my door stating that I was accessed a fine of 100 dollars 4 damage done to a security fence. I looked at the video surveillance they have that does not show anyone face who did it. 20 minutes after the fence was damaged one of my guests was seen walking through the hole that was made however it was not damaged by him. I have been threatened with eviction and the corporate office will not return calls emails or messages.Desired SettlementThis fine that was accessed to me is not my responsibility neither me nor my guest damaged that fence.Business Response Per tenants lease agreement they are responsible for their guest when they are on our property. We have video footage of this individual breaking through our fence and going to the tenants unit. We have asked for the individuals identity and the tenant has refused to give us any information on him. She is responsible for the damage charges to our fence because it was her guest the video footage. We can provide footage of this incident if needed.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I saw the footage it does not show who damaged the fence. The management fast forwared the video 30 minutes were it shows my guest entering the premise through the hole at no time during the video does it show my guest doing the damage
