Review: We installed an irrigation system for this contractor in September of 2013 and have not been paid by the contractor for materials or labor.Desired Settlement: We would like Emerald Stone Homes of Spokane, WA to pay the outstanding invoice.
Not and I mean do not buy a home from this builder. The first two months in my brand new home the kitchen sink trap falls off while a full sink is draining. Water all over the hardwood floors. The furnace is leaking condensation everywhere. I pulled off the floor vents in every room and they are packed with drywall dust and junks of drywall. I had to empty my vacuum twice full of this.
