I wouldn't even give them half I starI got into an accident and the cop didn't want to wait for my insurance to call touring so called emeraldThis happened at like 230am on a Sunday July 10,2016, so I couldn't get my car had to wait till MondayThen Monday they told me if I didn't pay $for it to be released they'd see me at auctionThen refused to release it to my insurance company's towingTuesday night I finally get my car and it completely trashed inside they searched my entire car and took all my change and cash I had lying aroundThis tow company is the worst and I wouldn't recommend them if it depended on my lifeSuch low lifes, so search and trash someone's car who already has enough to deal with after an accidentI didn't want to use them but was forced to and trusted them with my car and this is sure a disgraceThe only thing I left on my floor and seat was shoes, a few clothes items and water bottles, when I received my car all my compartments had been rumaged through and emptied my paperwork was everywhereAll my envelopes were opened and searched throughMy privacy was violated and I will never use them or recommend them ever and boca raton police shouldn't either
WENT IN ON SATURDAY TO FIND OUT WHAT MY COST WAS TO TAKE MY CAR OFF MY HANDS AS IT WAS TOTALED . THEY SAID IF I PICK IT UO MONDAY IT WOULD BE 150.00 . GOT THERE MONDAY AND THEY SAID IT WAS 350.00 BUT MANAGER [redacted] SAID SHE WOULD GIVE A DISCOUNT TO 250.00 WOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LOL
