Our company has wanted to move away from plastic water coolers for quite sometime now. We use to use the company Quench but we found their customer service to be lacking. Then we found Emerald Water and they helped us with all of our needs. The system works great, installation was easy and support answers in a timely manner. We are happy with our decision.

As advertised
Our systems installation was easy and the water system works as advertised. We had a couple of questions about a couple of functions, so we contacted support and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. We're happy with our decision to use them as our water company and will recommend them to anyone that asks.

Review: We have a contract with Emerald Water to service our water purification coolers all around our campus. The filters have not been changed for over 6 months and no one will return our calls. I spoke to someone on 9/*/14, he assured me that the filters would be changed the following week. No one ever showed up. I'm getting complaints that the water has an unpleasant taste, which could become a health issue. The contract states that any maintenance or service calls are guaranteed within 48 hours. No one returns our multiple calls and requests.Desired Settlement: We want the filters changed throughout the campus and a representative to come and speak to the [redacted] to resolve this issue.

Review: I have several issues with the company. We terminated and paid off the contract August 2015. We paid the company $600 to pick up equipment and to date they have not done this. January 2016 they began harassing me for payment, which I did not owe the company. This company is affiliated to: TIME Payment Corp. [redacted] phone # ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: They should pick up their equipment.
