THEY lifted my credit card from my hosting account and charged a yearly fee of 199.00.
I opted out of any such service and they, without my approval, illegally took the money from a bank account that's not even active for such withdrawals. When I called them, they frankly ignored me and in other words told me that they'll continue to do it. WHO DOES THAT!? This company needs a class action law suit. Since the previous owners left, this company don't care about you, your business or your care. It doesn't matter if your sick, a senior or child, they will still remove the funds.
We are a senior couple living on Social Security looking for a way to supplement our income. We were told we could cancel any time before signing up BUT NOT TRUE! You must continue to pay even after cancelation!. They are preying on Seniors and this must stop! A legitimate company would allow you to cancel and not continue to withdraw money!
The products offered are cheaply made and very over priced.

I decided not to pursue the website as I can no longer afford it. I have been trying to cancel my account for three months now. Because they require you to speak with a person in order to close your account, you have to call over and over again. There is no cue, it's just calling and leaving voicemails hoping they will return your call. They returned my call ONCE when I was working and not able to answer. My credit card on file is no longer active yet they keep trying to charge it. If they could respect my wishes and just cancel my account, it would make life so much easier. This has been absolutely horrible.
