Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County Reviews (%countItem)

The hospital last our cat carrier. After 5 contacts in which we were told we would be called back, none was received. Now they will not compensate.
The facility lost our cat carrier. We called 5 times and were told they would call us back. No call back was received. After almost a month, we received an email from the manager stating that they would not recompense us for the item they lost because to much time had passed. After their procrastination. This was supposedly supported by their chores medical officer as well.

Desired Outcome

Compensation for the list cat carrier or am exact replacement.

To whom it may concern,

I wanted to provide an update for the complaint I filed, and to update my review for the same facility.

The business in question is Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County. The complaint number is Ref# XXXXX.

After informing the business of our review and complaint, we were contacted by the office manager. They are resolving this satisfactorily by reimbursing us for the lost item. At this time, we feel the complaint can be closed as resolved.

In addition, is it possible to update my review of the facility? I am happy to do so online, however I did not see this option available. I'm also happy to provide the updated review via email if that works instead.

Please let me know either way on updating the review, and if possible please confirm that the complaint has been closed?

Thank you,
Jason

The complaint is in regards to the absurd charges that were incurred towards for my dog Ace. OUR DOG DIED and I believe this was his fate when we initially brought him in to the cold, indifferent staff at Animal Diagnostic Clinic.

We were completely in the dark as to what was wrong and I believe measures that were taken were for financial gain. The total bill was $4076.00 for less than 3 days and OUR DOG DIED.

I have read several online compliments that echo what I am saying. I have also filed a compliment with the Texas Attorney General.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I want $1300 taken off my bill.

I think there is some confusion here. We are not Animal Diagnostic Clinic. We are both in the same building but we are owned by two separate corporations. We transfer cases to them at times and we watch their cases over night for them but we are separate clinics. We saw her dog the evening of 5/16/2018 and gave her an estimate for $1087.74 which she signed. We transferred her dog to Animal Diagnostics clinic the next day and the total bill was $864.62. I think she is confused and is thinking we are one in the same and we are two completely different companies. If you need anything else please let me know.
