Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: James, With all do respectYou have complaints on The Revdex.comAll are the same, Emergency Business Funding takes customers money to help them obtain a loan and then you don't hear from them after Emergency Bus, Funding gets their moneyYou got your last payment of our $on 12/01/- up until then you email us around times, you called us around timesI have all on record, you say in this email back in December after I expressed my concerns to you about your lack of helping usthat you were working hard to get our red flags resolved, You also stated in this email twice that we would get funding, but you said in your email reply form the Revdex.com that you didn't guarantee us fundingRegardless of what your contract that I signed states, I have other emails where you and Carmen state that you will work with us until we get our fundingSo, you mislead your clients This is a statement from you in Exhibit A below, Cameron and Carmen are working to get your red flags done ASAPWe want you to get funding quicker than you want it because we don't get paid until you're funded You state in Exhibit B that client paid for services all have been providedCan you please provide records of where I got my business credit appointment? If you read Exhibit E, Carmen emailed me on 12/my EIN number and then I never heard from her again I also had to send out and pay for my EIN myself, Carmen asked me to send out letters to credit bureaus telling them that information wasn't authorized for accounts, but it was negative on my credit, so you were asking me to lie to the credit bureaus to get this off of my creditNow why would I lie about this? (See Exhibits C & D) Only out of these services were provided in fullAnd I had to do all of the work, so you're saying that I paid you $to provide your services, but I had to do all of the workOne of my last phone calls was from Cameron telling me to call Dun & Bradstreet to get a DUNS numberHow many funding companies have their clients pay them and have the client do their own work??? So, what happened after that James? I am rejecting this response because:
James,
With all do respect. You have 26 complaints on The Revdex.com. All are the same, Emergency Business Funding takes customers money to help them obtain a loan and then you don't hear from them after Emergency Bus, Funding gets their money. You got your last payment of our $1239.00 on 12/01/14 - up until then you email us around 22 times, you called us around 40 times.. I have all on record, you say in this email back in December after I expressed my concerns to you about your lack of helping us. that you were working hard to get our red flags resolved, You also stated in this email twice that we would get funding,  but you said in your email reply form the Revdex.com that you didn't guarantee us funding. Regardless of what your contract that I signed states, I have 3 other emails where you and Carmen state that you will work with us until we get our funding. So, you mislead your clients. 
This is a statement from you in Exhibit A below,

You state in Exhibit B that client paid for services all have been provided. Can you please provide records of where I got my business credit appointment? If you read Exhibit E, Carmen emailed me on 12/10 my EIN number and then I never heard from her again.
I also had to send out and pay for my EIN myself, 
Carmen asked me to send out 3 letters to credit bureaus telling them that information wasn't authorized for 7 accounts, but it was negative on my credit, so you were asking me to lie to the credit bureaus to get this off of my credit. Now why would I lie about this? (See Exhibits C & D)
Only 1 out of these 3 services were provided in full. And I had to do all of the work, so you're saying that I paid you $1000.00 to provide your services, but I had to do all of the work. One of my last phone calls was from Cameron telling me to call Dun & Bradstreet to get a DUNS number. How many funding companies have their clients pay them and have the client do their own work???
So, what happened after that James? You got your money from us, but again as all 26 complaints state, Emergency Business Funding doesn't follow through with what they promise.
We no longer need your services as after a years time, we weren't able to do our cleaning business and no longer need your funding. I would like a refund in full of $1239.00 as you did NOT provide us services. I feel you have been dishonest and misleading about funding money.

We are a business consulting firm and client paid for our services, which have all been provided. Client purchased Personal Credit Consulting, Business Credit Consulting, and Entity Formation Work. All of these have been provided to client in full.

Hello,We never told client they qualified for a small business loan. Point 5 in both contracts client signed with company clearly stated that we issue no guarantees specifying any funding amounts, rates, or terms (both contracts are uploaded for client and Revdex.com review). We are a business consulting...

firm and client paid for our services, which have all been provided. Client purchased Personal Credit Consulting, Business Credit Consulting, and Entity Formation Work. All of these have been provided to client in full. We do have lenders we can send client to once the credit is up to par and would be more than happy to do this. However, company has not heard from client since January in which they charged back on our services without trying to contact us first. We won the charge back, because we have provided our services. For this reason, we cannot issue a refund. However, in an effort to resolve this complaint to Revdex.com and client's satisfaction, we would be more than happy to provide additional services on their file free of charge if they are not yet in a position to receive an approval (this would include additional personal credit and business credit work). If they are ready for an approval, we would be more than happy to send them to one of our lenders immediately. We look forward to hearing back from client and helping them resolve this to their satisfaction!
