through this absurd process I the first place. It should NOT be satisfactory to have received services back in December of 2015, then to receive a bill in August of 2017. Clearly, you did not bill on-time for services. Perhaps if our insurance does not respond, it is your responsibility to follow-up, and not wait for them to respond for a year and a half. Take some ownership on your part. If I were the business that had not heard back from the insurance for whatever reason, regardless, I would never, ever recommend billing the patient a year and a half later. Ridiculous. Thank you, Revdex.com, for helping resolve this matter as it should have already been done.
