Review: I had a medical appointment with this company and paid the $175.00 in full. I now have a negative account on my credit for the amount of $39.00. I cannot get in contact with their billing department and have disputed it through [redacted] as well as had a third party credit repair company contact on my behalf.

I have never received a bill for the $39.00 nor do I have any idea of what the charge is for as I paid in full. I will gladly pay the $39.00 charge for whatever it may be so that I do not have my credit report ruined over an unjustified $39.00 charge.Desired Settlement: I want this removed from my credit report immediately, this one delinquent account has caused my credit score to fall 94 points and again I have no idea what it is even for and I am more than willing to pay it if it will be removed given I am informed what the charge is for and why.

Response:

The customer paid a cash deposit of $175 for service rendered on 9/26/2014. As is our policy, the customer signed an acknowledgement that this was a deposit towards actual services performed and that any additional charges incurred would be billed. During that visit the customer incurred a fee as an established patient of $150 plus a charge for $59.00 for an EKG that was performed and interpreted on that date. Thus the total charge due was $209 less the $175 deposit paid or $34 due. A re-billing fee of $5 was added to the total due. This was the $39 charge reported to [redacted]. The customer had a reported change of address and apparently did not receive our bills. Thus the adverse report to [redacted] was deleted on 2/14/15 due to the inquiry.As of this date, 6/5/15, we have not received any payment of the $34 due. As a courtesy, I have asked that our billing office zero-out the account and [redacted] it paid in full. An email to the customer was sent this date.Emergency Care Dynamics/Urgent Care and More has been reliably and proudly providing Emergency Physician Services in San Diego since 1992.
