I answered [redacted] on the 21st of January through email We also refunded her the same day So far we have not heard anything back, but here is the email that I sent: Hi [redacted] , I hope your day is going well and that your holidays were wonderful! I wanted to let you know that I received your email from the Revdex.com and wanted to take care of everything for you The order that you mentioned ( [redacted] ) was sent by UPS to another location I’m more than happy to refund the amount of this order by your request to the card used in the order (Ending in ***) This will take anywhere from 3-business days to shop up in your account(depending on your bank and how fast they process the refund.) I received a notification from ABF Freight company that they have been trying to contact [redacted] to set up a delivery timeThe freeze dryer was shipped out on 08/18/The customer placed the order on 08/01/The orders that ship from the manufacturer can take up to 4-weeks to ship outWe have tried calling the customer several times and left a message on the voicemail with the phone number for ABF FreightI have also emailed [redacted] to get updated contact information in case the phone number is not correctThe voicemail does have the customers name attached to itThe freight company still has the freeze dryer and would like to deliver the productThe phone number for ABF Freight is 904-786-to set up a delivery time

We have filed a damage package claim with UPS regarding this orderI have requested the accounting department to refund the credit card the full amount that the customer is askingWe apologize for the lack of communication on our partUPS will be contacting the customer to research this further

We do apologize for any delay in the response from our repsDue to an unusual increased call volume many things took an extra day or twoWe did send out the labels, did receive the shipment back and did refund the customer $on or before Thank you!

I have attempted to contact to customer both by phone and email. The pea and carrot blend was an item that sold out the first day of our sale. We stated it as a limited quantity item as they were a one time product we carried and an item we were not planning on getting in
again once they sold out. The item sold better than anticipated and went quickly, but after seeing the desire from our customers, we started working at getting another pea and carrot blend put together for the sale. This will hopefully be available in about a week so that we may continue the sale for those who weren't able to order them before they sold out. An email will be sent out to notify customers of this once our new pea and carrot blend is available.An email has been sent and a voicemail left for *** with this new information.
