Revdex.com: /> I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below If I signed a copy of a contract with you I never received any such copy All I received was a copy of the credit card payment Please provide the signed copy I am stating the two men that loaded the household belongings into the truck did so improperly and not correctly If they had been loaded correctly the damage never would have occurred They did not use all the packing blankets and supplies provided and had furniture stacked upon furniture without any protective pads that were provided for them to use They did not secure the load with the provided feet of rope and only used turnbuckle straps out of the that were provided them to use They were very unprofessional and took almost twice as long to load the truck as needed I am claiming that your crew that you hired from who knows where to load this truck wree not trained properly to do so and that has caused a loss to me If the load was properly packed into the moving truck the damage never would have occurred "Professional" movers do this daily without this sort of damage from occurring regardless of the speed, road conditions, etcthat you are claiming I am after restitution for the damage to my furniture or a full refund to my credit card for the charges I have also requested a name and contact number from you for your insurance carrier that provides coverage for you(that is if you even have this at all) and all you have done is not provide me any information This is a very poor response from you and your firm Regards, [redacted] ***

On our binding contract, Article #6 it is printed with big letters any and all claims or damage or lost articles must be made at the time of the movie or they are null and void!!. After the movers leave, anything can happen, have a good day... Binding contract, Article... #6.... After movers leave, anything can happen, we cannot be responsible for road conditions, pot holes, semi tire debris, pieces, or other articles on the road.... or your drivers judgement, or fatigue.... Have a good day...

The move was going fine until I looked at my dining room table the same day of the move, after the movers had left. The one side of the table top is completely scraped as if it was DRAGGED OR SLID ON CONCRETE. There are also large visible scrapes on the legs that stand in the center of the table. Not sure how those marks could have happened. The table was not shrink wrapped throughout the duration of the move. I didn't think anything of it until after they brought it in and I started to unpack things on my table. I understand furniture takes normal wear and tear. My table is two years old and had a few nicks and scratches but nothing to this magnitude! The worst part about this is the LACK OF FOLLOW UP AND CONCERN by the MANAGER, JOHNNY, who I've tried to speak with on multiple occasions about my table. I get the run around about how he will send the crew to look at my table. I ask when and he says he will get back to me.... but never does. This has happened 4 times in the last two weeks. Clearly the movers are not going to admit to destroying the table themselves, but the lack of concern by this company's manager for his customer's satisfaction is extremely poor. Perhaps he should properly train his crews to properly handle furniture! I will never recommend this company to anyone moving, and I intend to warn apartment communities who referred this mover to me about the poor service and follow up I received.

Our paperwork shows that we did not do business with this consumer on that date!!

WORST EVER!!! They guys that showed up were very unprofessional, moaned and groaned from the beginning, disregarded everything that we told them, turned drawers upside down and dumped files everywhere They Damaged our stuff like our Fridge, stair banister, desk, Armour, scratched and chipped our fresh paint They has NO respect for our stuff, we had to fire then a few hours in and send them on our way and now we are left with a company that is ignoring our calls/messages They moved stuff without wrapping it, we are left with PERMANENT damage from this company and we want everyone to know how bad they have treated us I have photos of the damageDO NOT CALL these PEOPLE,,,, you will be SORRY if you Do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
