I am rejecting this response because:What you have stated is correct, however, you failed to mention that my account, on your website *** , still shows a current balance of 293.02. When I spoke to your representative, she assured me that the website would be cleared within hours. It is now 5/18/and your website still has the same account error of a balance due. This also needs to be corrected to reflect that all payments have been made.
